    Not installed correctly

    Speakers have LED light functions. This is the reason I bought the speakers. The installer said that functionality was in the grill so he did not hook it up. I found out later this is not true. The speakers require a power line for the LED’s to work. This was not installed. I would Like someone to contact me to have this corrected

    Horrible it didn’t say anywhere or I didn’t see anywhere that you had to buy speakers from them when I placed my order online for a car stereo speaker installation. I got charged for it then the next day the store called me and some lady asked me if I I was still coming in later that say to get my speakers installed I said yes then I told her I was bringing mine in she said Uhhh you can’t do that you have to buy ares and I told her I wasn’t aware of that and informed her I wasn’t gonna be needing to order speakers because I already bought some very expensive ones I just need them installed then she said she couldn’t I said yes I know now you already told me that so now what do you guys plan on doing now because I just paid $70 for what.

    The installation of the speakers was Ok did not like the fact that the factory harnesses were cut off

    Quick installation. Just wish that the installer would call back from messages I left to reschedule.

    only 50 characters so this may seem harsh: I purchased 2 custom sound systems. neither were executed as we had agreed on. 8 channel capability - only 5 were used. i stated i wanted to use my own microphone for my own handsfree, i asked him before i purchased yet outcome was their rinky dink obvious microphone with no ability to use my steering wheel to change volume. i even upgraded TWICE bc my headunit was not what we previously agreed on. i had to purchase a custom system bc the amp they firstly put in blew my speakers totally and i was blamed, refunded, but still blamed lol. Even their free webroot security app was compromised with ransomware!!! computer is worthless now and geek squad literally was zero help even with my elite member 200$ per yr membership. will not be returning

    the install of my system was the worst experience I've ever had. These guys do not know what they are doing and the manager is a pompous @$$. After a 3hr install that tool almost 9hrs and my son and I being stranded at bestbuy untill the doors were locked,, I had to return 5 times to have it worked on. I finally demanded my money back. The manager told me he would only refund the equipement and not the install. I told him the install was not performed properly and I wasn't paying for it. I wanted a full refund and my car put back the way it was. After and hr of argueing he agreed to give me a full refund. when I returned to pick up my vehicle my refund was on a bestbuy gift card and the manager was gone. Terrible experience. Will never use geek squad again... ever!!! I wouldn't trust them to install a coffee maker.

    Horrible installation experience, the install guy didn't wire the radio correctly and now my dash won't illuminate at night. Was working perfectly fine before he touched my car, he also scratched and dented up my center console.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TOOK THREE DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS TO ACCOMPLISH THE INSTALL, FIRST APPOINTMENT THEY SOLD ME AN AMP THAT THEY SAID WOULD WORK ONLY FOR THE TECH TO TELL ME DIFFERENT, SECOND APPOINTMENT I WAS MISSING CONVERTER THAT THE FIRST APPOINTMENT DIDN'T MENTION, THEN THE TECH COULDN'T EVEN SHOW ME WHERE THE AMP WAS OR HOW TO CAILBRIATE THE SYSTEM, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

    No installer at local store. Store manager set up appointment at another store an hour away. I get there there is no appointments scheduled for me they tell me they will work on it throughout the day and it will take longer than they told me it would. When I get back to pick a vehicle nothing has been done and the installer gotta aggressive, confrontational and had a really really poor attitude. He even started cursing at me. When new store manager came in she was polite and helpful she set up another time for another location a week from then. New installer and new store manager at 3rd store tell me that it's going to take even longer than the second store said and it's going to require even more materials to purchase. After I told them what had happened at the previous two stores they comped me the additional material and got the install done perfectly.

    Speakers were installed in a timely manner, however getting the appointment took 45 days.

    Get trained installers…….

    I went there to the install bay twice, to go over the installing of component speakers. Talk to 1 guy, when my daughter dropped off the car they told her they couldn’t install in the dash. Had to reschedule 2nd time 2 calls W/ me in order to get it right. Not happy @ all, will definitely never go back.

    The agents rushed and did a terrible job installing my JBL speakers, there a short in the wiring and i have to slam my doors for them to work, and on top of that, i tried to schedule a appointment and they set it for the wrong person. honorable.
