    I got a call from a tech advising that he could not do the install. I missed the call and called back within the hour. I was transferred to the installation area and they never answered or advised if it my appointment was canceled or still going. I looked today at my account and it say my service was completed. Now I need to find out what happened and get my money back as I prepaid for the service. FYI I did call several times and they never answered. Great to know as next time I will by products elsewhere.

    HAD TO PAY MECHANIC TO FIX!

    After the install - I had issues with the vehicle, and had to pay a mechanic - who eventually found that whoever installed the stereo and speakers unplugged the power source to the blower motor area. Oh - and was told install went well - you just dont have an aentenna - so no AM/FM - REALLY? you could not have called me so we could have installed an aentenna at the same time?!?!?!!

    Bad Attitude / Poor Service

    I had a speaker quit playing in the driver side rear door on my Cadillac. I bought two new BOSE speakers to have installed in both rear doors. I figured if one was bad, the other one probably would be soon. The tech (and I use that term very loosely) did not know how to take the door panels off the door to access the speakers. I knew how to take them off and offered advise... he basically told me I didn't know ANYTHING to leave him alone. He had to study the manuals and finally got the panels off. The one that didn't work, STILL DIDN'T WORK after he installed the new speaker. He said I had a wiring problem and there wasn't anything more he could do. I still had to pay $80 bucks for NOTHING.... My car is still the same way it was before I took it to Best Buy. Obviously, I am not happy with the service I received...

    Talked me out of installing the rear speakers in my vehicle. After googling it, I saw the rear seat had to be removed to install the rear speakers. I guess they didn't want to do all that if they could get out of it

    Install was a mess. Quoted me a price and then wanted to charge me double when I got there. I purchased the parts that I was told to prior to installation, it was all labor.

    I dont think they installed my new Pioneer rear speakers correctly. I can hardly hear them. I'll have to go back. Unfortunately!

    All I reason I’m going to three stars right now because they never didn’t install my speakers I’m not sure why saying they was installed but they was not

    The technician, Roberto had my car in the shop for over two and a half days. He lost screws to my door panels and broke the factory retention clips. I searched various auto part stores to find replacements and eventually had to order from a Mazda dealer. The wires were poorly installed, the insulation slipped on one and the speaker wires were shorted to the metal in the door, when I rolled my windows down, the speakers were disconnected. The total lack of attention to detail is really hard to overlook. I’ve had Paul at this store do installs on my vehicles over the years and never once had even the slightest glitch.

    Messed up my amp and sub

    Was shopping to get new stereo headset and speakers. Gave them make and model of my car, they suggested a pair of 6" 1/2' pioneer speakers and they said it would be compatible with my vehicle. After installing amp and sub would go into protect mode. Took my vehicle to a shop that specializes in car audio. Was told that my vehicle takes 6x9 speakers and bestbuy used some adaptive plating to force speakers to work but is messing up the amp and subs. Had to have new speakers put in.
