The installation was a success! The installer was terrific. Had to take 1/2 the car apart to get the speakers in, and put everything back perfectly. Very nice young fella too

So far so good! I purchased this speaker to replace the speaker in my son’s car. They seem to enjoy it as i hear them pulling in and out of the driveway playing their music. The technician was highly knowledgeable and helped me save money by identifying that I had overpaid for a part I didn't actually need. Despite the long wait for installation, I was satisfied with my purchase.

The agents at the Best Buy in Apple Valley MN did an amazing and fast job installing my new JBL sound system. I think I was there for maybe an hour at most and when all was said and done, it wasn't even as expensive as I thought it was going to be! I had no issues with installing minus one small hiccup over time, within a year from installation I believe I was messing with my door trying to fix a scratch in the panel and while doing so I knocked a wire loose from the speakers themselves. After bringing the vehicle back in for them to peak at it, I explained the situation and they took a peak, let me know what the issue was, and only charged me like $20 for the rehookup! Amazing service and even better sound system.

The Best Buy person who installs speakers is super professional and he’s pristine at making things work. Best Buy had sold be the wrong wires and the wrong spacers for my car installation. He ended up taking out my old spacers and drilling them out. He then used the factory wires and managed to wire those into the new ones. He made it work with what he had and he took off the price of the incorrect speakers and wires that Best Buy sold me. Overall, I’d say it was a great experience because he wasn’t one of those people that say “that’s not my problem” and send you away. He was super friendly too, which was great.

Make an appointment that fits your schedule. Drop the car off and let them do the work. Great experience for a very reasonable price.

Your installers are very very knowledgeable and know what their doing! I'm bringing in another vehicle for the same process because the music sounds great, speakers are A plus in my books.

Did a great job friendly and squeezed me in so I didn’t have to wait forever cuz they messed up the time zone

These speakers delivered exactly what I bought them for! The separate tweeter mounted up high, added the crispiness that I was looking for. Paired up with a 100 W per channel amplifier to drive them and a 500 W sub my system pretty much kicks butt! Took a little tuning after the install (was a complete install with 900 wide amp, sub and four-door speakers). Good lord does this system deliver! Hats off to the Auburn install crew. I’m going to go back and let them take a listen after the tuning was completed.

Installation was fast and easy. Techs definitely know what theyre doing. Ive brought multiple cars to them over the years and will continue to do so. Thanks best buy brandon!

Love my speakers and radio they installed but my own issue is when i called Sirius xm to have it turned on they told ne i couldn't.

After purchasing a large amp and subs from a local mom and pop retail location,I realized that smaller doesn't mean better in the customer service end.So knowing my Cevy Silverado was in desperate need of a system upgrade,I found myself lost in the car audio section of my local Best Buy.After being told that "the days of just swapping radios" was over i was steered to the install area.There the technician explains what all a complete upgrade entails, being sure that I was understanding all his technical jargon. After approx.45 min.(get this)he apologized for being hurried.It seems he was missing a concert he had planned as a surprise for his wife.I told him to go that I could come back,he refused and spent the better part of an hour going into more detail and making sure he and I were on the same page.Now it was I who was apologizing as I left telling him I would return on the next Saturday,where he had blocked out the entire day for my install.well I will admit as he was going into the ninth hour I was a little nervous. How could he possibly get all those wires that he had soldered together into that small area of and behind my dash.Well never panicking and with great precision and care he brought it all together like the true professional he is.Now I'm the proud owner of the best (And loudest)car audio system in the triple cities.Looks like it was done at the factory and works flawlessly. Couldn't be happier.

I had a Pioneer single din with 7" flip-out display, 2 6.5 inch Alpine component speakers with an amp for each set (and some custom fitting and cutting that needed to be done to mount both sets of tweeters), subwoofer and subwoofer amp, custom subwoofer box that I purchased separately (that still needed to be trimmed down a bit to fit even better in my trunk), rear view camera, auxiliary cable, audio video to hdmi cable, and a partridge in a pear tree all installed by the two Best Buy Geek Squad car techs. I am soooooooooo glad I paid the few bucks to let them do all this because it ensured that everything was well organized and coordinated and tested together. One of the installers was present from the very beginning of the process as I worked with two installers and a variety of sales reps to piece together all the stuff for the system. The second installer who came up with a lot of the suggestions for the "extra" customization such as cutting and making custom mounts for the two sets of tweeters ended up quitting before the install took place. Thankfully they hired another installer who had more expertise with the custom cutting/fitting because the original installer who was still there was honest in saying he wasn't comfortable with doing all of that. I appreciated his honesty. Another benefit of getting Best Buy to do all the installation is that if there are ever any problems (I also purchased the Geek Squad protection plans for everything except the head unit) I know I can get everything taken care of under one roof. In regards to purchasing the head unit warranty elsewhere, Geek Squad ensured me that if I ever do need to send it in, they'll take it out and put it back in since they installed it. I really appreciate all the hard work and care they put into getting all this together for me. It was well worth the price. Also, because of the 15-day return policy I was able to go back and get some of the installations fees refunded because of sale that started within the 15-day time frame. Much appreciated.
