Mike the technician at the Augusta Best Buy store was very helpful even went out of his way to provide me with a Bluetooth microphone because I was unaware when I purchased the one that I had it was not with the system. I do wish that they offered a way to test your equipment before you have to have it installed but hopefully that is something they will work on to fix in order to provide a better customer service.
