A fun but brief experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've always been a fan of the Star Fox games and was hopeful that this entry would bring the series back to it's previous glory. While it doesn't reach the heights of Star Fox 64, it's still a fun game, though I finished it in only about 4 hours. Worth it if you can catch it on sale.

Star fox zero.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its like the old star fox n64 but with more vehicles to learn and to use in the game. But not like the n64 star fox you have to use the game pad more to look around when fire your guns. Makes it more difficult to play the game when you just wanna play and not keep moving around so need hand and eye coronation . But overall good game choices.

Great game but not for everyone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game has been definitely been getting a lot of flack for not being the game people were hoping for. It has a much higher learning curve than previous entries, it is essentially a very similar game to Star Fox 64, and some of the mechanics aren't the greatest. But, if you can get over those, then it is a great game for Wii U owners

Space let down!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start of by saying that this is a beautiful game. The biggest issue I have with it is the controls. Previous Star Fox games had simple controls. Not sure who tested these, but the couldn't possibly thought they worked. I would recommend it to fans of the series only.

Must have for any Star Fox fan and Wii U owner
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A fairly challenging game with fast paced action, great visuals, and tons of replayability. Uses a combination of stick and gyro controls to control vehicles that may take a bit of getting used to, but will become second nature in no time.

good, but short
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a fun game while it lasted. It retains that classic star Fox feel (more n64, less send, nothing like gamecube), but is incredibly short. I finished this my first try with little challenge to speak of. Glad I bought it on sale, because otherwise I'd be furious.

Classic StarFox gameplay for everyone.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.StarFox Zero once again places you in the cockpit of Fox McCloud in a reboot of StarFox64. Classic gameplay with new additions like the Walker which allows grounded gameplay similar to Banjo Kazooie. Game only supports motion controls for the Single Player story however.

Why?!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a game that could have been quite fun, if antiquated. Unfortunately, Nintendo chose to force players to use the TV to fly and the Wii U Gamepad to aim. This makes the game much more difficult to control than it needs to be. You would think that you could still aim using the reticule on the TV, but it doesn't line up with what you're aiming at. The only reason for this seems to be that, again, Nintendo wants you to use the Gamepad to aim. Aside from the annoying control issues, the game is very short, maybe a few hours long. Do not buy this game unless you don't mind paying full price for something so short, or if you enjoy replaying stages to try for high scores. Honestly, I only bought this game because there was a deal that included a Falco Amiibo. Otherwise, I would have skipped this game entirely. Oh, the game also includes something called Star Fox Guard, but I've never actually tried it.

Why did they insist on a bad control scheme
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A simple and fun game that is hampered by a less than optimal control scheme - if you can get past it, not a bad game, but very odd how nintendo throws these out every so often when control is a hall mark of that company (think Kid Icarus uprising , wonderful 101)
