The Original Star Wars Trilogy in 4K with HDR. The image is clean and crisp! Dolby Atmos is awesome. The only thing I was disappointed, it did not have Dolby Vision! That would have made a great difference!

Classic film. Unfortunately my copy was missing the slip cover.

The steelbook looks great and has the old movie poster art on the back. Looks great with the others steelbooks. Menus look very well-done. There are some additional edits and cgi in this edition that are noticeable. They aren't too annoying and there are worse edits in the other movies. Overall an excellent product.

I purchased the entire saga on May the Fourth (Star Wars Day) and the entire purchase was triggered off this movie. Say what you will about Lucas's tinkering with the original footage some years ago - this movie remains one of the best ever made. Best Buy's Star Wars Day promotion made this purchase a no-brainer.

Well, I had put off getting any of the original trilogy on Blu Ray, but at this price for a steel book edition, I had to do it. Looks and sounds great. The steel book I could do without looking back. I did get Empire and Jedi in the steel book series as well to make the collection look right.

The first big blockbuster (sorry, JAWS) that started one of the largest cultural phenomena for over 40 years. The 4K scan is better than the standard is a step up in quality over the 1080p scan in every discernable way.

I highly recommend any star wars fans to purchase the Steel Book series, as it is beautifully made and the case won't tear like those plastic or cardboard cases. The blue ray movie quality is superb as always, and the story line is terrific as always. I highly recommend this movie to any star wars fans and non-fans.

The first, best Star Wars movie on blu-ray, in a collectible steelbook. I chose this one because it's really the only film I want of the six. Great, self-contained story that still connects after all these years. The image and sound quality are great, and the steelbook case is neat if you care about that sort of thing.

Really great movie to watch on blu ray its a must. Can see much clarity and sound is better as well just didnt like that the movie is now using cgi for certain scenes in the movie especially near the ending when the xwings are fighting in the death star

What can I say that has not been said before? Star Wars, A New Hope, the first movie made, but the fourth in terms of the episodes. It's all there, campy, brilliant, funny, just watch it if you haven't already, and why have you not already seen this classic? Anyway, a great addition to anyone's collection.

Looks better then at the theater ! Colors and detail look much better to me. Glad I got it !

It is number four in the list of Star Wars movies but it should be number one. It was the first one made and it was really really good. My five-year-old loved it. He wants to have a Star Wars birthday party now. Harrison Ford will never get old!

Star Wars was, is the greatest film going experience I've ever had. It changed the way I viewed movies. I can still remember how that 16 year old kid and his 8 year old sister fell in love with Star Wars. I want the unaltered original version without any modification or that gawd awful subtitle (a new hope)

Had to get it in 4K with digital copy. Now I think I have 3 copies total.

Movie and picture quality are great. Bought this as part of a collection of steelbooks. All look really nice next to each other on a shelf. Art on the front is beautiful and there is poster style art on the back. The inside art is of a location from the movie. May scratch easily if all are next to each other.

Movie is great quality and has great sound. Worth the upgrade.

I was too young when this came out in the theater, so it was the second one that I watched. However, I love the connection that it has to Rogue One. It's when you learn of Darth Vader's awesome menace. I love watching it on blu ray and the special effects still hold up 40 years later.

welcome to what fun sci-fi can be. seeing this movie in 4k has brought back many fun memories.
