There is no story mode and not very many planets, characters or weapons. Sure there is DLC and stuff like that but there is really not much to the base game. It gets a little more fun when you play online but still doesn't make it great.

Beautiful game...but it's still Battlefront

There are only a handful of missions, there's no storyline, and the gameplay isn't up to par with other FPS games. I think every Star Wars fan should get this game, no doubt. But don't expect to get a whole lot of play out of it.

Fun game for Star Wars fans and casual FPS players
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not a fan of first-person shooters: I get dizzy, things most a little fast, etc. They make me feel old. But Star Wars: Battlefront for the PS4 has enough glitz and nostalgia to keep me interested and keep the nausea at bay. The game is beautiful and seems (after only roughly 6 hours of gameplay) to have enough of a story to keep me going. I'm also not the biggest online player, but I've dabbled and do not feel overwhelmed like in most COD games. Overall, this game is worth a play.
