Not enough content for a $60 game.

There is also no coop against ai. You can only split screen coop in survival mode or against each other. The old battle fronts let you split screen in any mode.

A game for any Star Wars fan

If you want to experience the multiplayer for yourself, I suggest you play it with some friends so that it won't seem that tedious to rank up.
