Beautiful game but definitely lacking in gameplay. No campaign and short on maps.

Graphically the game is amazing! Probably the best looking game on the PS4. I did get the Star Wars "feel" I was looking for the most part. The Endor run was spot on! However this game lacking plenty. With the most obvious been a lack of a campaign mode. I would have love to follow a story line picking between the Rebels or Sith. Because of that the game feels incomplete, as if I bought an online ONLY version of the game. The problem is after a while the game becomes very competitive and mundane. I didn't get the sense of accomplishment I get from most game in the same genre.....very disappointing.

My family absolutely loves gaming and Star Wars both so this should have been a jackpot for us. Frankly I find it a bit weak. I think I would prefer Assassin's Creed over this. To each their own.

The game is good for Star Wars fans, but it is not good enough. You cannot buy uniforms, they just offer human-alike heads, but who wants a stormtrooper without a helmet. You cannot revive your team mates. You cannot talk with other team members (only if you have them in the same party). The amount of spaceships you can use is very limited. In my opinion, this game is to satisfy the Star Wars euphoria for the coming movie but it is a mediocre game.

Incredible graphics and game play. Good except for single player campaign is weak. Multi player is great!

No real story/campaign mode here, just online based matches with a Star Wars theme. Great for killing some time. Conveniently released around the latest movie. Great marketing plan by Disney.

DICE really pulled through! Loving the game and it has upped my anticipation for the movie in December. The stability in frame-rate and server connection has been well-managed, which makes a massive difference for a game of this scale. Definitely recommended!

Live out your Star Wars dreams once again like you've never seen before. The lack of single player and a season pass that's almost as much as the game itself is a bit disheartening though

This is a great first person shooter for any Star Wars fanatic. It does have its flaws like no headset communications but that can easily be bypassed by making a private chat party.

This is the perfect gift for the Star Wars efficianado. It will also satisfy the online gamers appetite. There are several game types that fit any level of gamers experience!

Lovely game! Great fun and beautiful scenery. There are numerous game modes to please different gamers. Unfortunately, the game modes get stale after a couple of matches. Not necessarily a bad thing if you're prone to obsessive gaming, but it just doesn't keep you around like Destiny or Halo does, for example. Maybe it's the lack of weapon and character customization. Or maybe we all set this franchise on an impossible pedestal. I really miss the single player campaign and depth of the original Battlefronts!

Star Wars Battlefront is a game with various fun game modes with detailed maps although one drawback is the shortage of maps which no doubt would be solved by further DLC.

Lacking in variety of character creation. Wanted more variety of flying vehicles maybe more customization of them as well. Overall pretty solid game and still tons of fun.

Is a super fun game, just don't believe the extra $10 for the deluxe is worth it since you get the items after some game play.

This game is not what i expected, so i traded it in. Graphics are good but really didnt have a story line to go with missions.

the game has been great so far and as a star wars fan all the locations and sound effects are amazing to get to play through but there is not too much depth to the game

I love this game so much and you can do so much. The first reason I like this game is because you can be your favorite hero or villain. Second reason is you can play vs a friend and chose any hero or villain and see who is better.

I'm a little disappointed in this game after all the hype, the old battlefronts had an awesome campaign mode...something that is sorely missing from this experience.

I think they'd have been better off re-releasing the original on the 8th generation consoles. Lacking local storyline.

I'm not a big gamer but when I heard battlefront was coming out I had to make a purchase! I got a great deal at Best Buy and grabbed the deluxe edition for under 40 bucks. Definitely worth it and not to graphic for the kiddos
