Love this stuff! Brings back memories of the movies. All in all, the compositions are rich and creative.

This is yet another great soundtrack in a whole series of great music! 'Return of the Jedi' features the great symphonic scores we've all come to know and love. This CD has great music for Emperor Paplpatine, the true villain of Star Wars. The music for the Emperor is dark and frightening and has the feel of a funeral dirge. The three part 'Battle of Endor' contains some of the most exciting battle music I have ever heard. There's also a very nice love theme for Han and Leia. There's other styles as well. 'Jedi Rocks' is one of my favorites. This is a cool and groovy jazz number with alien lyrics. I also loved the ethnic music for various Ewok ceremonies. This CD is the end of the original trilogy, possibly the greatest series of motion picture scores ever composed. John Williams outdoes himself once again in this awe inspiring CD. this cd seriously rocks from begining to end it has all my favorite songs it rocks my socks off from begining to end this album is the best out of all 6 film soundtracks

Great cd, great music. Just wish it was a little cheaper. But I couldn't find it anywhere else (including Itunes and used stores) for cheaper.
