I was impressed that EA made a good single player game set in the Star Wars universe, this game plays like Dark Souls but much easier to get into, you will die a lot but that is part of the challenge, pst. you always get the experience lost back when you attack the enemy that killed you. Graphically it's impressive, music and sound effects are on point, it does have a feel of a Star Wars game and atmosphere. The problem I had was with how the main character is sluggish in his movement, but that is part of the game design in order to make it harder. You can't button smash your way to victory, it requires skill and timing to beat your opponents.

I bought both versions, Standard and Deluxe. I will admit, after the debacle surrounding the Microtransactions I was VERY WARY of EA and purchasing this game. I must say I am surprised at the game play. It is along the lines of Nioh/Bloodborne with exploring and backtracking like God of War. You cannot hack every enemy to death --> you will die and quickly. This game is impressive and addictive. You will not be disappointed with this one.

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order for PlayStation 4 is a great game, good story and graphics, recommended.

If you are any level of fan of Star Wars, this game thrust you into the world of a Jedi and it is breathtaking. You actually feel like you are wielding a light saber and the combat is more challenging than expected. There are a lot of puzzle elements to the game which I did not expect. This game is very immersive and interesting. Highly recommended to any Star Wars fan or even fans of Dark Souls, The Witcher, or Bloodborne.

If you like Star Wars, you most likely will enjoy this game. The story is good and the gameplay is fun. The game also does a good job with the difficulties to allow you to customize how challenging you want the game to be. The main negative for the game are some technical issues. For example, if you die during combat it can take nearly a minute for the game to respawn you at the save point. There are also numerous bugs where I would be floating off the ground and the game has crashed on me a couple of times. These issues will hopefully be fixed in a future patch, but even with the issues I still really enjoy the game.

Respawn really went and made single player Star Wars fun again, in a way that we haven't really experienced since The Force Unleashed. Unfortunately, the amount of game-breaking bugs in this game means that I have to dock a star from this game. Hopefully it will be fixed in future patches as soon as possible. Having said that, this game is very worth buying if you like Star Wars as the gameplay, combat and lore is so good, and the lightsaber customization is so stellar that you can make your lightsaber look just like the real life one you can get on the Galaxy's Edge park. That's some awesome work right there.
