Lots of fun but definitely Inspired by dark souls. The game wants you to party, dodge, play with finesse and patience not wildly swing a lightsaber and if you miss a dodge or parry the game will punish you for it. Also when you meditate (like campfires in dark souls) it saves your game but respawns all enemies. You have to get through chunks of game and lots of enemies to get to these save points and when you die, it respawns all enemies and sends you back to the last place you meditated. But when you can get it all right it falls into place and it’s super fun.

High quality graphics, great game play. I’d highly recommend this to any gamer.

It is an entertaining game to play and graphics and mechanics are mostly great.

The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is dynamic and engrossing. However, I had to get it for PS4 because there were none in stock for the XBox.

Game play is solid reminds me of a tone down force unleashed, better graphics

I have played a couple of the Star Was games such as The Force Unleashed I & II but I was not expecting a heavy hitter such as this. It caught me by surprise, to the point where once I started playing I could not let go of it. I played from beginning to end, til I got the Platinum trophy. The graphics are outstanding, the gameplay mechanics fluid, the music is nothing less than breathtaking. The story is concise, you feel connected to the characters; this is due to the excellent performance by the actors casted for this game. I know the game sold quite well and that is to show companies like EA that there is still a demand for single-player games. A must if you are a fan of the Star Wars universe; or if you just enjoy a good exploration-action-adventure game like me.

I bought this game after hearing positive reviews. It's a pretty great game, combining elements of dark souls and uncharted style games with a system that will make you want to go back to previous areas multiple times. Slap a great star wars story on it (canon) and give it a killer ending and boom, got me waiting for some DLC. Props to EA after their last star wars game...
