2nd best Star Wars game behind KOTOR. Challenging combat and overall compelling story. I was a little annoyed by the main character but you get used to him.

    Bad Dying Mechanic

I liked what I played of this game- except one major thing. When you lose all your health you go clear back to the beginning of a large level. Did this twice on me- last time when I was just about through the level. I threw my controller and deleted the game. The gameplay itself is pretty good- action/adventure- kind of like Uncharted. I just hated the dying mechanic. Wouldn't really recommend.

Better Story than the movies, FRUSTRATING gameplay

Overall: A good story, attached to a fighting game that is buggy and falls frustratingly short. If you don't get frustrated easily, buy this; if you do, watch the YouTube play through. Pros: (Story, universe, visuals) The story is the best part of the game. Enjoy a lite star wars story that covers the time during and a few years after Clone Wars and Order 66. The characters are enjoyable and you'll get many troupes from the Star Wars Universe. Cons: (Buggy combat, punishing gameplay) The fight mechanics in the game rely heavily on timed counters. This would feel very jedi like if it worked consistently. There are times where you will get hit while having a full stamina meter and are holding the block button from a normally blockable attack. Also, boss fights, while rewarding are also very frustrating. If you have the PC version, you can cheat code your way past the glitches, for consoles (PS4) - hope you dont get clipped at the beginning of a bosses juggle combo. [Thats a lot of damage!]

Super Mario in Space with lame controls

I wanted to like this game - and the story is good, but the design implementation is terrible. 1). Starting the game I could not find the Y invert - why? It’s buried below the game control menu out of view. 2) The game controls lay out is awful - but you can customize it. But if you do that you find you can’t map double used commands like the default layout. So you have to stop, remap the controls when you need that command. Was drop for me - imagine being on a ledge in a fight and you can’t drop! 3) Jumping is out of control and it’s implemented horribly. Grab a ledge? Haha, only if you are at the perfect point when you jump. They should have looked at Horizon Zero Dawn , not platforming Mario. 4) button combo nightmare that overlaps - whoops, I meant to force attack not throw
