The force awakens is the perfect movie to add to the original first three, new hope, the empire strikes back and return of the Jedi. This is a must have to add to your collection.

This movie is awesome! My kids and I are SW nuts. This movie is extremely entertaining. Great seeing most of the characters from #1-6. We can watch this movie over and over again!

Yeah, yeah, it's a bit of a remake. So what? It was a perfect way to rid our minds of the dribble of the so called I, II and III. I'll spend my money on all future movies as well!

This steelbook is really awesome. Not only do you get the blu ray, but you get the cool design behind it. It also comes with the digital code which is not clearly mentioned.

I enjoyed The Force Awakens in the theater and brought it on Blu-Ray mainly to see what extras might be included with the home release and sadly I was disappointed. I believe there were only 4 or 5 deleted scenes and the big kicker was each retailer had different deleted scenes. Guess I have to wait for a box set to get all of the extras..

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I have been a Star Wars fan from the beginning. The difference in technology from the first Star Wars movies and this gave it a WOW factor I didn't think was possible. I enjoyed seeing the original characters in action once again, though it gave me a moments pause to see how much they (and I) had aged. .

What a great film. It had new action with new characters while revisiting the characters of old. George Lucas hit a home run with this flick; especially compared to the prequils.

This is A great movie to begin with. I love the 3-D effects. But once again, I wish that they would release the 3-D version is the same day they released the regular Blurays.

The story, the experience and the future, yes Star Wars has expanded our search and discovery both here on earth and in space. Our need to explore further lies ahead.

This Special edition Star Wars The Force Awakens Steelbook set is a must have for any fan of the movie. The designs are sleek and superb. Would definitely recommend this product.

After seeing how shoddy the Target "exclusive" release was, I immediately returned it and drove down the street to Best Buy for the steelcase one. Much better. Excellent quality.

This film exceeded the hype and grossed $1 billion domestically...a monster number. Great story, excellent character development & just all around fun. Awesome score too.

This is a great movie you'll likely watch more than once. Some people complain that they play it safe with the script, but after the disastrous prequels, a "safe" movie is what the Star Wars franchise needed. Great characters, dialogue, and use of practical effects in conjuction with special effects make this a fun movie for the whole family.

...but as I watched it again I realized just how great a movie it was. It wasn't where I had hoped the characters would be but...ah well. Things don't always wind up as you hope.

Great movie, great Blu-ray (with great audio and video quality and extras). The steelbook is just the icing on the cake, making the display look more handsome on the shelf.

As for a Star Wars movie, this one is entertaining like most of the other movies. In all honesty I didn't like the movie as much as most people say. I have the same opinion when I saw it in the theater as a second and third time on home release. The story has gone back to a more personal tone as the older movies (episodes 4 to 6) but borrows too many elements. There is no originality in this movie that are worth the hype. Another disappointment is that light saber fight. The prequels had many faults but I admit that I love the acrobatic fights. They wanted a more realistic saber fight for some reason. This movie is sci-fi... pointless decision. Still, the movie is still good enough to be watched and recommend. Just a tad bit less shallow than the prequels. I hope the following movies don't fall on the trap of making "the force" as the central focus rather than the relationships and struggles of the characters.

This is the latest Star Wars film (#7), The Force Awakens. If you're a Star Wars fan, you shouldn't miss this one. And the Blu ray makes it even more enjoyable for home viewing.

The Stars Wars Awakens DVD provides the next logical and exciting step in the Stars Wars series. The story grows the franchise and extends the story in an entertaining way.

This is a great movie!! This continues the tradition that all Star Wars fans have come to expect from this franchise. J.J. Abrams did a wonderful job in this reboot of this saga.

Arguably one of the best movies of the year! Perfect for fans of the the original trilogy or for those who want to watch a fun sci-fi movie. Definitely one to watch and re-watch!
