I love this movie. I love that a central character's gender is basically a non-issue or even a topic. The character is important...not the gender. And this film delivers with simple hair, minimal/no makemap, gender neutral costumes and no side boob, cleavage, midriff showing, etc. The film also does not paint a strong woman as "bossy, shrill, irrational....".

The fact I love this movie is besides the point. But I love the Bluray/Digital HD Combo. I am about to take a trip to Florida for work, and I can now watch it on the plane without having to bring a disc.

What else could I add that no one else hasn't? It's a good movie. Restores faith that the saga can be saved. Star Wars is that series now that no matter how great the new movies will be, they will never live up to expectations. It's not a knock on them. Star Wars is just that series now that is so built up in everyone's mind. Blu-Ray has fantastic picture and sound!

Great film, the cinematography was fabulous, liked the new characters, see it in 3D. There is an ending to a character stream, and an interesting beginning to a new one! I am looking forward to the next segment! We saw the first Star Wars so long ago, so many films since then but they all fit do well. This film is another important piece of the puzzle!!

The Force Awakens is a great continuation to the Star Wars universe. A must have for any fan. Blu-Ray/DVD combo packs make the viewing experience spectacular for the whole family. Everyone has their option for how they want to enjoy the movie whether it is through the Blu-Ray or DVD formats. Additionally, the extra features included in the set are wonderful as well.

A great movie for the family and an in depth one for the Hardcore fan. The pase of the movie is consistent. Not one point do you feel like your bored or waiting for the next big scene. They are all big! There is plenty for the hardcore fan to pick through and theorize till the next one. Im a big Star Wars and i put this one in the top 3. Kylo Ren is awesome and Deep!

The disc itself is not the issue, quality there is great. The Movie and the story is also good. You can of course make comparisons to the previous trilogies, there are obvious returns to the past in this movie, but I liked that, it created the connection between the old and the new.. For the Star Wars Fan, I think this is a good beginning for the new Stories ahead.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens This is a much anticpated set of movies for Star Wars fans. This was a great flick that moves the franchise closer to the first trilogy rather than that weaker second trilogy. Now that Disney owns the franchise these flicks should be a produced bit quicker and also start expolring some of the "side" stories from the Star Wars universe.

I really enjoyed this addition to the Star Wars Family. While not a big fan of the prequels (although I did like the first one) this addition seemed to be more in line with the Series 4,5 & 6. The characters worked and had chemistry with each other and seeing the original cast members was also a nice touch. The story progressed and looking forward to the next film.

Thw Force Awakens is an amazing cinematic experience even for those who dont follow the Star Wars saga closely. The ability to further the plot from Return of the Jedi is handled well by JJ Abrams. Having Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher helps of course. I strongly recommend this film to all moviegoers. The disc has extras that are well worth your time.

Disney did a wonderful job of capturing the spirit of the original Star Wars movies. Great characters and special effects. My only complaint is Kylo Ren should have kept on his mask...the mystery of Darth Vader is what made him so intriguing. If you are a Star Wars fan but didn't see the movie because it's now Disney, get off your soap box and enjoy a great flick.

In my opinion, this is absolutely the best Star Wars movie that has been released to date. Granted, it is a semi remake of episode 4, it still contains all of the wham bam action and spectacular special effects you could hope for in this type of film. The 40-minute behind the scenes documentary is also amazingly good. Purchase this movie and you will not regret it.

well this chapter in the Star wars saga did not disappoint! The steel book packaging is awesome, the only thing I would has liked different is that the packaging says "best buy exclusive" and can not be removed until it is unsealed. I am hoping my child does not notice this as it is his Christmas stocking movie . A removable sticker would have been better!

This movie is way better than the prequels, but may leave older fans wanting more. While it was vastly superior to the prequel, the similarities between this and A New Hope are slightly disappointing. For a spoiler free synopsis think New Hope only 100 times bigger explosions / weapons. While the deleted scenes were a disappointment the make-of extras were better.

As an avid Star Wars fan I thought The Force Awakens was an entertaining and enjoyable film, but I do not think it lives up the the expectations of a Lucas-made Star Wars film. Abrams did a decent job of capturing the feeling of Star Wars, despite the punchy gags. I enjoyed the introduction to new characters as well as seeing the original characters that made Star Wars what it is. The story felt a little weak for originality. As if it were intended for the purpose of nostalgia, but not something new. Overall I found it entertaining and fun, but I don't know how well it will hold up as the final movie of a Star Wars Marathon with the now seven films.

The Movie is fantastic. You don't have to be a fan or seen previous movie to enjoy this movie. The Blu-Ray is the best way to watch a movie at home. The Best Buy Online order and store pick up experience was excellent. There were issues with the website and minimal delay for store pickup.

First of all, I was already in love with The Force Awakens upon initial theatrical release. There are some obvious similarities to A New Hope, but how can you go wrong with such a great plot? The steelbook case is a nice collectible touch if you're into those kinds of things. I bought this blu-ray on sale for $10, and I couldn't have been happier!

I initially bought the "Target version" but after reading many reviews & complaints about the quality of Target's "cardboard packaging" I decided to buy Best Buy's version instead - I'm glad I did. I received Target's in the mail & was definitely not happy with the cardboard packaging. I promptly returned it & was happy to keep this version. Great job, Best Buy!

First there was A New Hope. Then after the Empire Strikes Back, we saw the Return of the Jedi. 30 or so years later, A Force Awakens. This movie feels like a new take on A New Hope, introducing a band of characters learning about the galaxy around them. Rey, Finn, and Poe are fantastically designed characters. But the greatest inclusion in the flick is Kylo Ren.

I love Steel Book cases, I know they are just a gimmick to increase movie sales, but they are a fun way to display your movies and keep them protected. This one has great artwork and is a fun way to celebrate a great movie. I don't need to say much about the movie, if you haven't seen it... Well you aren't a Star Wars fan and you don't know what you are missing.
