Having been born right after RotJ, I have quite literally been waiting my entire life for a sequel to the movies I grew up loving. JJ and team do not disappoint. Force Awakens becomes one of the top two Star Wars movies ever. In terms of the packaging, the options are excellent, even though I only used the digital code in an Apple TV so far.

The combo pack comes with blu ray, dvd, and digital hd.

We have all the Star Wars movies on blue ray and just added this one to our collection. This one is the only one that is bluray/DVD/digital copy. It's great to have all of these options for viewing. Bluray at home, DVD in the car and digital copy on devices and while traveling. This flexibility makes me want to repurchase the previous movies.

Works exactly as expected. The digital download process is kind of a pain, but only because Disney Digital Download is so aggressively after you to buy more stuff. Five stars for the Blu-ray Disc, one star for the digital download process that shouldn't be part of this review but was way to many clicks to just watch the movie I just paid for.

There was no better film in 2015! Star Wars exceeded all expectations and more. Movies like this bring out the kid in you, and reminded me why I started to love going to the movies in the first place. The Blu Ray transfer has an awesome picture. The special features are entertaining and informative at the same time. A must own film for sure.

Highly satisfying , long awaited follow up to Return of the Jedi . JJ Abrams did a great job introducing new , interesting characters and letting us see all of our favorites from the original trilogy too . He clearly cared about the legacy he was continuing and thoughtful to keep the production grounded and true to the story . Big thumbs up !

Obviously, star wars does not need a review, this movie is an instant classic. The film's use of the old and new actors is a perfect match. For any star wars fan, this steel book case is a must have. I have all the original Star Wars Episodes on steel book and Force Awakens fits seamlessly into that collection. A truly amazing movie and case.

I thought the storyline, though similar to the original, had much better dialogue. It was quite enjoyable and I was moved at the sight of Solo and Chewie entering the Falcon. The best part was sharing the experience with my 6 year old daughter, who the week before I purchased, watched the original 3 for the first time, and is now a huge fan.

I remember when Star Wars came out on the big screen back in the 70's. I think they did a great job continuing the story. The story line is set far enough after Jedi to add a few more movies, which I'm sure they will. We know who Rey is, don't want to spoil anything, but who else could she be?! Keep the Star Wars story going !

The force awakens gave me the chills I had watching the original trilogy for the first time, which I certainly did not have with the prequels. Having this movie on blu ray just makes me more excited to have the same feeling I had watching it in theaters. The steelbook I have is also awesome too. Best Buy never disappoints with the steelbooks.

The product was excellent as expected--the nice part was that there were several choices of format and packaging--collectors could get a special set or someone like myself that just wants the movie in his collection could get basic packaging for a fair price. The store was well stocked with many selections of the DVD at the time I purchased.

The Force Awakens certainly did not disappoint as it took long time fans back to what made the original trilogy so much fun. I grew up on Star Wars movies and have now been able to share my love for the franchise with my 5 year old daughter who has become as obsessed as I am with the franchise. We cannot wait until Rogue One later this year!

Finally the next movie in the Star Wars series is made available, and was it worth the wait? Yes, and no. The movie itself is wonderful and having it on Blu-ray is the best way to own it. The steel book case will look nice in anyone's collection and is very durable. I only gave it four stars because the set itself isn't as well presented as previous Star Wars movies. Those were very deep with features while this one... Not so much. It isn't bad by any means, but if you want the many features as on the others you'll have to buy the next version which I'm sure will have everything that Star Wars fans crave.

I think this movie is a good start to the next series. It has the task of introducing new characters while moving on from the Original's stars and does so while leaving a few questions left to be answered in the next movie. Always spectacular special effects make the settings and characters believable. I can't wait for the next chapter!

While the film may not measure up to the original trilogy, this steelbook set includes the DVD, Blu-ray, and digital download with numerous special features (well, featurettes since they don't go on for hours) and deleted scenes, all in a hard case for long-lasting durablility (why I buy them). What else do you want for a few extra dollars?

This is a fun movie to watch. There are so many reference to the episodes 4 thur 6 that if you have not seen them you will get lost or at the very least, not really get all the humor or the relationships or most of the story. Now of you are a fan of Star Wars this is a great legacy to continue the story of the universe we all know and love.

I placed a pretty large online order and opted for ship to store. Best Buy updated me very frequently throughout my wait for everything to arrive. All of my items were shipped to the store quickly and pick up was a breeze! I love Best Buy! Getting this movie for my grandchildren was a plus. They are going to love it!!

Star Wars: The Force Awakens made over $900 mil at the US box office. The movie is good but I wouldn't say great. It is Star Wars, though. The movie looks fantastic and sounds great. The Steelbook is more expensive but very nice. As always, beware of scratches and dents.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens Well this is the second review... don't know what happened to the first? This is the rebooted series produced by Disney. It's obviously well produced and action packed with a lot of familiarity, which can be good or bad depending on your perspective. I can't wait to put it in contex with the upcoming films!

Is the plot of "The Force Awakens" derivative, even a rehash of previous Star Wars plot points? Yes, but its thematic familiarity also makes it reminiscent of the movie magic that the original trilogy captured, briefly erasing the bad taste left by some terribly wooden acting in the prequels. Moreover, "The Force Awakens" lives up to the high audio and video standards we have come to expect from this iconic movie franchise. While it is not perfect, "The Force Awakens" represents a redemption from the prequels and, in its own right, is a worthy addition to the Star Wars franchise (and my Blu-ray collection).
