Okay. I've never been a Star Wars type of girl. Had to force myself to watch the first 6 movies before watching this one, and I still wasn't impressed. BUT the Force Awakens was amazing! I've caught myself wanting to re-watch it! I'm definitely a fan now and can't wait for the next movie!

I felt that Episode VII was an introduction to a new set of Star Wars films. While it seem to be lacking something I am still a fan of the actions sequences, special effects, etc... and just Star Wars in general. I look forward to each new movie (and the next blu-ray purchase :D ).

Another great movie in the story! I must admit that when Disney took over the brand I was a little worried, but I think they did a good job. Watched it with my whole family and we all had a blast. We are all waiting for the next one to come out. Great entertainment for the whole family!!

Star Wars has returned to it's roots. This movie is a lot more like the original trilogy and as a result it's a lot more fun and entertaining than the last three. The extras that came in this edition has a fascinating look behind the scenes showing what went into the making of the movie.

This combo disc is great if you have multiple Blu-ray/DVD players as I do. You can also bring the DVD copy while you travel or over to a friend's house. The movie itself brought me back to the original 3 films that were second to none, it is a must-see for any Star Wars or Sci-Fi fan.

This is a great movie but we have been here before back in 1977 with "A New Hope". It is essentially the same story with a new setting and characters. but in retrospect this movie is supposed to be a jump on point for a new generation so it is what it is. All in all though I did like it.

As a steel book addict I love all of them, however when it comes to this particular steel book it is one of my favorites. The artwork is great both on the inside and the outside, the movie itself is amazing, and is definitely made to be watched in HD. Great steel book for a great price.

Since I already have the other six films in my collection, this makes a very good addition to it. I saw this in the theater and truly enjoyed the mix of veteran and new cast. The extras disc gives a lot of background on the movie and none of the episodes take long to watch.

We were very concerned when Disney took over the Star Wars franchise, but after seeing the results of this movie we are impressed! They succesfully integrated a lot of what we loved from the originals and expanded the Star Wars story with a great movie. We can't wait until the next ones!

I have enjoyed the 3d version. My only complaint is that to see the force awakens I had to buy the bluray when it first came out, then the 3d version much later, and eventually the 4K version all separately. I understand the marketing but think it is a poor way to treat the fans.

Missed the 3D in theaters so it was great seeing it in 3D at home. Decent 3D conversion. Not on par with some of the best ones like Avatar, etc., but definitely worth owning if you are a 3D and Star Wars fan. New special features on this addition are a worthwhile upgrade as well.

This movie is a must for all Star Wars fans, obviously. I can also seeing this be a bridge to the next generation of fans. It definitely made me ready for more. Best Buy matched the best price I found. I ordered onlin and picked up 2 hours later with a breeze. Very pleased all around

The movie maintains the fun and excitement of the original trilogy. Unfortunately, it also cuts and pastes a lot from the original movie, as well.

I saw Star Wars The Force Awakens when it was released in December 2015 and loved the theater experience of watching it with a packed audience. Then I saw it again at home when the bluray was released and while I still enjoyed the film, it was a little less enjoyable the second time around. Obviously it is a thinly veiled copy of A New Hope but it definitely gives Star Wars fans the nod to the original trilogy that many felt the prequels lacked. I would definitely recommend TFA to fans of the originals.

So, yea... it is Star Wars. It has the same nostalgic feel because it has a lot of those other elements. Everyone has said that already but I can say, even with that, they have given me characters I want to see more about. And at the end of the day, that is what it is all about anyways.

I've been a fan of the "Star Wars" franchise since I saw the first movie in 1977. "The Force Awakens" has the exciting, fun feel of the original trilogy, and it was great that they got the band back together… Also, I like that the three formats (DVD, Blu-Ray, Digital) are included, too!

From the very first Star Wars to this... This movie is excellent ! We never left our living room ! Great quality graphics, sound effects and the cast is awesome ! Seeing some of the old along with a taste of future Star Wars movies, I am still hooked ! ( It's the force, I'm sure of it )

Excellent movie overall. It's very hard to pick out anything to complain about. Yes, it's not the same as the original trilogy in a sense. But the production quality is high, the acting is polished, and of course the music is always immersive. Another great film for the Star Wars saga.

This was a really good deal, having purchased it during the week of its release. Even for full price, if you're a star wars fan this is a good deal. You can't go wrong with buying this. Not only is it 2 hours of fun in the Star Wars World, but it's a culmination of Episode 4, 5, and 6.

While some will claim this movie is too similar to Star Wars: A New Hope, there are enough differences to make it stand out on its own. Awesome special effects and the classic sounds of lightsabers, X-Wings, and a mysterious new direction for the story will keep you interested.
