I told myself I would not buy the 3D version since I already purchased the Blu-Ray disk last year. But what can I say. Regardless, i think it is definitely worthwhile if you are are Star Wars fan. The 3D images were exceptional and added just that little bit extra to the movie.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is a very good movie. Even though it pretty much follows the storyline of Episode 4, it certainly is better than the prequel movies. The use of real actors, real sets, and real special effects rather than all GCI makes it such a good visual movie to watch.

Had to wait almost a year for the release of the 3D version of The Force Awakens. I pre ordered at Best Buy and received this special edition at a great price, on the first day of release.. I am very pleased with this transaction, and the movie itself. awakens

Just when you think that Star Wars can't make another movie or cartoon to keep is entertained, wrong! Special effects alone gives you reason to buy this movie. Now we have whole another generation added to Star Wars fan. Other than 007 movies can you reach more than three generations.

I was a little let down with some of the acting (especially older Anakin) in Episode 2 and 3 but I absolutely loved this movie. Everyone did an amazing job and graphically looked beautiful. Felt like watching A New Hope with better graphics and interesting story take. Great diversity.

After the Battle of Endor, The Empire picks up what's left and forms The First Order and continues their mission to wipe out the Rebel Alliance, now known as The Resistance. This is a marvelous presentation from Disney and the best any Star Wars movie has ever looked on home video.

Awesome comeback from the last three Star Wars movies. This will always be known as "Force of the Wiggins" in our house, as that is what my 4 year old would call it! The Force Awakens is a must see and own for any Star Wars fan. Nice collectible Steelbook packaging. Thanks Best Buy!

It's Star Wars, it is awesome, and it is a new chapter for a new generation of fans. The Force is strong with this one. Disney has done a wonderful job. I wish there were more special features but for most it will be enough. Yes go buy this, and if your lucky grab the Steelbook edition

After the bad taste in my mouth from Lucas' prequels I went into this movie with a bit of trepidation. But, in the end, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I won't say it is perfect, but it is a great throw back to the original with plenty of new items to keep fans wanting more.

The new Star Wars films serves as a sequel and sort of a reboot of the whole series. I say reboot because the story is similar to A New Hope and Return of the Jedi. But this film introduces us to amazing new characters mixed in with old favorites. It sets up for another sweet trilogy!

Happy to pick this up on 4k good picture quality but it could have been better

THE FORCE AWAKENS was a great return to the formula that was set in motion decades ago, and provided insane enjoyment for fans, old and new alike. This product is so visually appealing because of the black blu-ray case and the sleek black slipcover. Love having this on my collection.

The movie is good and the 4K picture quality is excellent.

Glad to have 3 versions of the movie in one set. The standard DVD will play in our vehicle's entertainment center and the digital version can be used when we are on the go. Without needing to say it the BR version is outstanding video quality for the home entertainment center.

A great movie to watch for the Star Wars fan. It has been way to long since the excitement about a Star wars movie came about. It seems lately, most movies are remakes from the 80s & 90s & most of the younger generation does not realize that the original movies are better sometimes.

I bought when Best Buy ran a sale and I would have paid the same for the standard blu-ray version. I really like the exclusive steel case series and this one is one of the best for collectors out there. I can't wait to watch the movie on my new Samsung 65" TV I got this month!

My sister and I got this movie for our nephew. He loves Star Wars. When he comes over all he wants to do is watch them. It was his birthday and we got him the new one for his birthday. But I had lied to him that we didn't get it for him. And boy was he surprised when he opened it up.

There was the original trilogy...then there was the prequel trilogy....and now the continuation of the saga and the hand off from our beloved hero's to a new generation and the expansion of a Universe we feel we all know so well. It's STAR WARS...nothing more needs to be said.

Ok, movie reviews are subjective, but I love Star Wars. But this is a product review. What can you say? It's a BD, has some extras. I don't really care about the steelbook as I keep all my BD's in a binder anyway, but this was a great deal at the holidays. Works as it should!

Great addition to the Star Wars franchise that perfectly introduces a new generation of heroes and villains to a new generation of audience. Children and adults alike can be drawn to this epic tale of the inner struggle between good and evil, the light side and the dark. Must buy!!!
