The Steelbook itself has a glossy finish along with an embossed title of Star Wars on the front cover. If you own the other Steelbooks in the Star Wars series, this one doesn't match too well with the other films but it does have some nice artwork.

I am a major star wars fan and loved the movie in theaters. I purchased the steel book since it was only $10 more than the standard which also got me the digital and dvd copy. The movie its self was a great movie and if you haven't seen it yet is a must see.

I got this movie as a gift for my uncle and father for Christmas and was pleased with the reception. This movie brings great joy to my family and I'm pleased with the packaging and special features! I would recommend me this to any Star Wars fanatic.

I waited for quite some time to buy a physical copy of this movie. Best Buy had this version on sale for $10 during the holidays! Now I can watch Star Wars over and over without streaming a digital copy. The steelbook also looks great on my shelf.

This film is great and not so great at the same time. It has so much of the story elements from Return of the Jedi. It was well acted and fun to watch, but I wish the story was more original. Hopefully the next movie in the series will be an original story.

I love this steel case edition. I really don't care for the regular version cover art so I was glad to find this version. The movie is great too! I haven't had time to check out the special features yet but I'm sure they're a good addition to the experience.

So, okay... yes, The Force Awakens mirrors, mimics, echoes many of the beats of Episode IV ( A New Hope ). This DOES NOT detract from the fact that this entry in the Stars Wars franchise is a fun, exciting experience. What helps this picture is that it has some of what Episodes I, II, & III lacked: heart & soul. Seeing returning characters, embracing the newcomers... genuinely feeling the emotions they conveyed, has me excited & intrigued for what the future holds.

I'm a big fan of the Star Wars. I enjoyed this movie.I saw the very first one " A new hope" In the theater when it first came out so there were some touching scenes and one painful scene in this new film. But the best thing about this movie... NO Jar Jar...

It might have took me 2 years to finally see this movie but it was worth it, yes there's things that make you think why didn't he just do this but I won't nit pick too much, but I really liked the movie and I'm not that big of a Star Wars fanboy

Have always been a die hard Star Wars fan and couldn't wait for Force Awakens to come out. Love getting to introduce my daughters to the Star Wars Universe. This movie stays true to the original feel and went back to real effects as opposed to digital CGI.

Love this new Star Wars movie and now with all these cool special features I get to see behind the scenes! Also, the steelbook packaging is out of this world!

The movie is great but I'm here to comment on the package. Buying these each individually would cost you much more then the package price for this. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for versatility of supported movie formats.

I like most people found the new prequels lacking compared to the original trilogy. This one finds it getting back on track. Though nothing original, it recaptures the magic and fun that the original trilogy had. And the blu ray looks and sounds fantastic.

Being my favorite childhood movie (and disappointed with Episode 1), I felt that this movie was a big old welcome back hug. Plenty of parallels from the original Stars Wars with plenty of new characters. My whole family (ages 5-13) loved it! Two thumbs up!

After so long without a new Star Wars, this installment certainly makes up for the missed time! It is an amazing movie and a great addition to the Star Wars franchise! If you are a fan of star wars, this is a must see! You will not be disappointed!!

Star Wars the Force Awakens is not only the movie of the year, but the blu-ray of the year. The picture quality on this one will blow you away. Plus you get a blu-ray bonus disc with tons of special features. This is a must have blu-ray for your collection.

Have been a fan of the series from the beginning. Enjoyed the efforts to include things that referenced original movie (episode 4 now) and weave new characters into ongoing plot lines. Fun to watch for sure, lots of action too, always great special effects.

Steelbook was great quality and a nice addition to my collection. After seeing this movie in the theater i was very excited to buy it for my home collection. I was even more excited when the steelbook was announced. It was well worth the few extra dollars.

I must admit the seen the old characters on the screen brought a tear to my eye, and together with John Williams soundtrack a felt like a kid watching the Return Of The Jedi as a kid...It's a wonderful movie, but to old fans it will feel like some of the situations are a bit recycled from the original trilogy, but I see it as a way to introduce it to the new generation and from there, on episode 8, expand the Universe and bring the Force finally to a balance...

Star wars the force awakens is an excellant movie. Can't wait for the next installment. It was good to see some of the original cast mixed in with new characters. Have only watched on DVD copy will watch blue ray version next . Must buy for star wars fans.
