Its the Phantom Menace

I am a completionist so I just had to get it to complete the series. While the prequel movies are not he worst movies ever made they have many flaws. Some moments shine through but many others don't.

The effects were not that great either. Was so excited when this was announced back in 1999, but it was such a let down. Danger Danger, Manikin Skywalker is ruining Prequel!
