Just an Average movie with many story issues.

The left side of my brain is frustrated with the many plot and structuring issues, but the right side of my brain thought it was ok. The movie has maintained the current and original trilogy's legacy of being the definition of a popcorn film. The action is great. The movie looks fantastic, it's visually impressive for a Star Wars films but it has many story plot holes and other story issues.

It was ok, not great, not bad, just OK.

He just does not come off with the same kind of focus that you find in Tarkin or Vader. Those are members of the Empire to be scared of, not Ren, who for the most part just comes off as some overgrown manchild dealing with parental issues. Its what Batman would be if he didnt have a sense of self, or the determination to follow through.
