The movie is great! I bought the steel book because I’m a Star Wars fan and I wanted the collectors steel book case. When I received the spine was racked and broken. And the Best Buy store in my town is closed.

My steel book came in priority mail severely damaged. Possible the postal services are to blame. But not happy due to current virus situations in place. I do not have the luxury to come to a store and exchange

I could not stand these last three Star Wars movies. They changed the canon of the Star Wars I grew up as a kid loving. Rey could do anything and was an amazing Jedi. So sick!!! Don’t waste your time.

The final chapter of this saga was much better than the Last Jedi in my opinion. The artwork on the steelbook was beautifully done , one of the main reasons I love collecting the movies on steelbook.

I was overcharged on my credit card for this DVD. I have sent you emails and tried to phone you to get this settled but I have recieved no response from Best Buy. I will take my business elsewhere.

The cases were such a cheap plastic it was not worth the $15 price tag for a DVD only. Even as a collector's item. A total waste of money and time.

So I finally saw this and I have to say it was more disappointing then I thought it would be. All the the sudden the emperor is back but it feels so uneventful. His return isn’t really explained.

I’d love to rate this movie. I ordered it but Best Buy has yet to deliver so the one star is for Best Buy not the movie I have yet to see

If you’re not a person that grew up with the other sex movies this is a great movie for you but if you are it’s not it just never made it says

I bought to complete the collection. Disjointed and awful end to the Skywalker Saga. I think I'm going to mentally block out the sequel trilogy and just consider ROTJ the end of it.

u know I want to say watch it but I believe that would be like telling u to abuse yourself. the story is bad the ending is familiar. George Lucas should be ashamed.

The Skywalker Saga ends like flatulence in a wind tunnel. An awful, shameful final chapter that refuses to build upon the fantastic concepts introduced in The Last Jedi.

I am a true star wars fan and for me this moves was a disapointment and the death neail in the star wars fanghise. thanks Disney, for killing a searies i loved

What can i say....just a complete failure by the Disney executives. Wish for a return of ownership to Mr. Lucas

The rewritten scripts and confusing plot was evident with the written scripts. As a lover of Star Wars, I did not enjoy this movie.

This movie so desperately wants you to like it, that it loops back to wildly unlikable and unwatchable.

I find this movie extremely boring and the story line too similar to the other Star Wars trilogies, a waste of time watching.

DVD had smudges on it and wouldn't play in three different DVD players. Very frustrated that a brand new movie didn't work.

Thank goodness this is the last one. They need to take a page out of The Mandalorin, best Star Wars since ROTJ.

It would be a good idea to wait until the customer has received the product before asking for a review of the product.
