One star for 4k discs. They must've rushed this to the press because when I finally got around to actually viewing all discs, there were timing errors that my XBOX-X couldn't overcome. So whats the point of buying an overpriced set if what you're getting is essentially a streaming code that one can purchase at a fraction of the cost nowadays (in 4k) with major streaming/licensed retailers (e.g. VUDU, Google, etc.)

This set is entirely overpriced for the nine movies in 4k. Luckily I had gift cards and points that knocked it down to a reasonable price. No matter how complete the double dipping saga we'll never get the original movies as theatrically released.

The disc get scratched whenever you take them in and out of the box. So far only three of the nine movies work. Just now got around to watching them after buying them A year ago. Really disappointing.

I bought this early in my journey building my physical media library, and it remains as my most regrettable purchase. The material used for the box is susceptible to attracting permant smudging so please handle the product with care. The discs are packaged in these thick pages like a sleeve that you'll have to remove the disc with your hands, this will cause smudging on the disc and i found scratch and dent marks on a few discs. I can only recommend this to collectors who already have the movies and collect all things star wars, for everybody else, just buy the movies individually.

This is a great set but it arrived with a dent in the upper right corner the size of the Taj Mahal. I've seen a lot of other product reviews and pictures and am disappointed many other sets seemed to arrive without any damage! I love that the set contains all the Skywalker Saga in 4K with supplemental material. A shame this couldn't have been protected better.

This could’ve been such a great product and without this default it would’ve been. I waited since release two years ago for the price to drop down to $180. Unfortunately the manufacturer made the slips for the disks way to tight and so it damages almost every disk you take out even with trying to be as gentle as possible. It literally chips the edges of the disk once you take it out causing it to skip constantly or not work at all like a few people mention. Very cool product just not made the best.

...if nothing else, because of the cost/value equation. And the way you have to pry the discs out of their pockets is maddening. Someone dropped the ball on this set. Great Best Buy service though.

The packaging is ripping off. As soon as I opened it, the color starting peeling off and showing silver underneath. Part of the reason why you buy something like this is for the packaging. Poorly done.

The art for this package is fairly nice, but overall you’re better off buying the movies on 4K separately. The discs slide in and out of the “book” itself and they’re in there far too tight and seems like trying to get them out will likely damage the discs over time. My box was also damaged presumably during delivery. The movies look great, of course, but pass this set by.

Great movies. Terrible packaging. Some discs scratched. Stored them in after market cases. Would rather have gotten the normal 4k versions separately.

Was so looking forward to this set, First movie defective plus the codes for the digital copies only give HD on ITunes.

I have same issue as many others. Bought the set. Drove 20 minutes to pick it up. 20 minutes home, and Opened the box. Watched Movie 1, great, Movie 2, great again. Last night, Movie 3...Scene 21, and we have an issue. Won't go any farther. Frozen. So I tried it in another 4K player, same issue, same place. Will take it back today. Such a shame...

It is impossible to get the disk out of the book with out grabbing them and getting dirty. Plus a good change of getting them scratched. Very disappointed. Do not recommend this set. But the individual movies if you want the 4K disks. Note: This review is NOT for the movies, just the terrible packaging.

I received the package and it was severely damaged. I had to then go to the store and stand in line for 45 minutes. The reason I ordered online was to avoid the long holiday lines and got stuck in them anyways. This is the third time I have ordered online and the third time my package has come damaged.

The set looks gorgeous, but it is defective. The MAJOR problem is that the discs are in cardboard sleeves so tight they scratch when you remove them. I also had an issue where some discs were glued into the sleeve. It's a very serious problem as I had some movies skipping and glitching out after just one pull from the sleeve. Every disc I pulled out got scratches.

the letter that came with the box set not that important than I first thought kinda a let down.

I purchased this set back at the end of March after only three months three of the 4K disc are bad they are freezing up on me and the picture is scrambling, I paid over $250 for the set and I was told I could not do an exchange or refund because I am pass the time. It is a rip off do not purchase this set. What a disappointment!

Multiple discs are skipping around 1 hour mark. Even started taking discs out extremely carefully. Still skipping. Reached out to Best Buy for help on replacement waiting for help/response.

This is my first time watching the Star wars movies and honestly I'm not a fan
