There was a dent in the cover under the advertisement on top.

Most of the discs do not play more than 50 minutes or so. For the price this is an absolute disappointment. I've tried on 2 different players and had the same exact results. the packaging is likely causing stress fractures. Money completely wasted on these

Add me into the few others that have discs that skip between the 50 - 60 minute mark. This is unacceptable for a set like this. So far it was only on Episode 6 and 7 which I haven’t watched until it was outside of the return window. This absolutely must be addressed by Best Buy.

Highly recommend NOT buying this set. The packaging is the worst I’ve ever seen. The sleeves damaged the discs immediately and upon first viewing it was riddled with skips.

Discs are almost unremovable. Almost guaranteed to damage a disc, especially over time. Who thought of this terrible idea?!? Will be returning and buying each separate. Ugh. Bad form.

I was so excited to give this to my husband for Father's Day since he LOVES Star Wars BUT I have no idea why this won't play. We have both a 4K TV and DVR but for some reason it won't play. Unfortunately, we have to return it.

Episodes 4, 5 and 6 played great. Just now watching episode 1. It's unwatchable at about 50 min in. Not sure if there's anything that can be done, looks like I'm not alone here.

The movies get scrambled midway through. Believe the other negative reviews. Save your money.

the set looks great at first glance but the packaging is very poor. every time you are taking the discs out you are essentially scratching them.

Got a email saying I picked up this movie but I did not, this sucks. Hopefully it's a mistake because it was expensive, ouch.

Came as advertised: the first way any consumer could buy all of the Star Wars "main" movies in UHD. BestBuy was smart to get an exclusive to sell this; won my business.

I was on the fence about this set because (a) it's expensive and (b) the reviews here were not particularly glowing. But since it looks like we're going to be homebound in the United States for another month or two or more, I decided to bite the bullet. I'm glad I did! This is the most beautiful film box set I've ever owned. It will sit on the shelf carbon black with no logo on the spine. It's unique. It's heavy, and the artwork is fabulous. I love it. Opening it reminded me of the first time I bought an iPhone. It just feels special. To be sure, it is tough to get the discs out, but I don't think they'll be scratched. Just don't manhandle them. If you're on the fence, don't be. Run out and get a copy! Now!

Great set. Packaging arrived in great condition. We are thoroughly enjoying this 4k marathon of all the Star Wars films

The saddest parts are the heroes' deaths, including Luke Skywalker and his twin sister Leia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
