This game was created entirely by one person, and it is beautiful in all regards. Wonderful art, music, mechanics... Just all-around great. If you love games like Harvest Moon or Animal Crossing, you will greatly enjoy this.

Okay, maybe classic RPGs just aren't for me. But I gave up much too early on this game, according to my 10-year-old and 13-year-old kids. They love it. It has a good story, fun things to craft, and an open-world format that lets you customize the order of events. I think for me, I reached a point that I just couldn't figure out how to do things. And then I reached a point where I realized it would just be better to start over and do it right, rather than try to salvage my botched game. That's where I gave up. I love minecraft, and enjoy Terraria and liked the old RPG games like Golden Sun, so this seemed like a good game to get. Maybe I'll give it another try. But for now, unless it's on sale, or you have kids with more time than you do, I'd recommend passing on it.

The game has like a harvest moon feel to it, but Terraria style wth everything being pixelated. Didnt get much playing time into it, but with the few hours i did, it was enjoyable.

IF you want to go pew pew and explode things, this isn't your game. IF you like accomplishing tasks, adopting pets, meeting your mate, and taking your time, it's fantastic. Get the physical copy.

Animal Crossing + Harvest Moon + a dungeon crawler? An odd combo to be sure, but one that works! It's better to go in blind as this is a game that will charm and surprise you at every turn.

Great game for wanting to play farm game and make it more a realistic experiences. There was money, energy, and animals involve. Love the game and option of how you want your farm land to be.

If you have ever wanted to know what it was like to have your own farm and what-not. This probably is not an accurate representation, but I mean, that's not why you're playing it anyway.

The days of snes Harvest Moon are back. You'll love being able to farm during the day then head deep into the caves to fight enemies and level up. This game has something for every one.

Stardew Valley is relaxing to play whenever you need to chill out. It's especially fun when playing online with your friends.

I bought this game for my girlfriend. She hasn't stopped playing it. It's very unique and a lot of things to do. It reminds her of Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing.

I originally saw this game in let's plays online and was curious to play it. Once I started to play with it I fell in love.

One of those games where you kind of just relax and do nothing and love every minute of it. Strangely addictive, highly recommended.
