The starter pack comes with the entire setup needed to get going in the game. The engines glow blue when the dock is plugged into the controller. The weapons, ship and player can be swapped real time in the game. Its fun connected to the controller if you want to do the quick swap instead of in the game menu for the various weapon types. After some time the weight gets annoying and can't use a head set when the dock is attached to the controller. The game is fun. Interesting characters and large Worlds to explore. It's like the space version of Skylanders.

I read some reviews that the game is missing in the box. fear not, ubisoft should have fixed the problem and all these starter kits will have the game along with the models and pilots. I chose the xbox one version cuz I have the scorpion console and it runs very well. the package itself if fine and a great deal during black Friday but it does not include fox, who is only in the switch box.

The Starlink game was another interesting experience in the toys to life play category. I think this title was underrated as it is quite fun and can be beaten quickly. One only needs one or two of the expansion packs/ships with some different weapons to beat the game quickly. If anything with Toys to Life games, this is always the issue.. you need to purchase a couple of the extras to unlock all of the gam content. Good game overall though if a bit short.

I'm having a good time with this game. The concept is cool with the toys -to-life angle but unlike the others in this category the toys are not required for the upgrades. The gameplay is sound, the looks is great and the Nintendo Switch version has the Star Fox characters integrated which is awesome. The Xbox One version looks amazing in 4K also. Glad I picked this one up.

Bought Starlink starter pack. Only game I have where my daughter and I can play cooperative on XBox One. We love the concept of playing together and the fun it brings. Only down side is planets are similar and gameplay can be repetitive. If you have a friend, child. parent that you want to game with on the same console, this is a great option.

Great game!!! Unfortunately the periphery aspect is pretty flooded with household named products like Lego and Disney. It’s unfortunate that a company has to take the loss in its product to sell, but it’s also not the consumers responsibility to make up the shortcomings of A terribly tinned company and product l, when the company has so much promise as well as talent in the programming end. Give it a shot at this price!!!

I didn't know anything about this game, got it during the Black Friday deals, looked up a few videos, liked the concept and pulled the trigger. I am so glad I got this good story line, fun game play, love the endless possibilities of customizing your ship. Now I have to look for deals on the other sets $$$, overall I would recommend this game and hopefully it continues to grow with dlc and new ships in the future.

This is a fun Toys to Life game with a good story, fun characters and gameplay.

This is a fun space shooter with a toys to life element that you can now get pretty cheap. With some game updates they are doing away with the mandatory rule of having the corresponding toy to be able to use that ship or part in the game so its easier to enjoy. Worth the discounted price!

Solid game and and even better "toys". Tons of customization and hours of fun.

Couldn't really pass up this game at just $20 bucks. Fun to play, but wish they would have put more into and not made it a Toys-to-life type of game. Has potential but they messed up turning it into a great game.

A real good game. Not to difficult. Real addictive to complete everything kind of like Lego. The physical ships are kind of a pain. To bad they did include a software ship and weapon switch.

a great game, but I had to get a replacement since it didn't come with the game. From what I heard it's Ubisoft's fault, but I wish you'd double check things before sending them incomplete.

I purchased this because they were on discount for christmas and I'm glad I did! Starlink is SUCH a fun game with an expansive world to explore and endless missions! I own all the weapons packs, most of the pilots and ships. I highly recomend this game!!

Bought for my two kids and I have gotten hooked as well. Really well thought out game play and the o. The fly switching of pieces makes it really fun. My boys 6-9 have a blast on this.

I had to get this, as I had already purchased the one for the Switch. One more ship. And the build for the XB1 is great. I'm willing to give it a go on the XB1 after I finish the Switch version. Great price, too!

This is something I thought I wouldn't end up buying but after reading the reviews and how gameplay is after customizing the ship, etc., I had to own one. Takes a little getting used to in the beginning but glad I made the purchase.
