Works very well. No drops unless obstructed view. No lag at peak times.

The product must be very good. However, I moved house and the new house already had internet. I had a problem in the house I was in because the owner was not paying for an internet and condominium. So I was without internet for anything at home. So I bought this, but there were so many problems in the house that I moved. So I didn't need it anymore and decided to return it and they didn't inform me that I had a deadline of 15 days for it, I went to return it with 16 days and they didn't accept it anymore. In fact they tried, but arriving at the store they said that the serial number did not match the one in the box. They made me go to another store, arriving there even worse. They told me to talk to Starlink. That's absurd. I didn't buy with Starlink and I have nothing to do with whether the box and the product have different serial numbers. Anyway, only inconvenience and expenses going from one store to another, right far from my house. And even more so without anything solved, something that doesn't even depend on me.

There's still room for improvement, a lower price / discount would be nice.

Great for RV's wifi signal is strong inside and out.

I like that the internet is fast but wished it had come with the pipe adapter as well.

Simple to setup, rarely works - even when it says no obstructions. Less than a month old and something is ooozing out of it.

Does OK for surfing internet, but has issues streaming TV. Has alot of buffering issues. Not what I thought it would be.

It’s great but know it’s limitations, definitely don’t listen to the people who say it works flawlessly even inside any building.

Twenty-six days ago I purchased a StarLink mini kit for $299. It is now on sale for $229. I requested a refund for the difference and was told that because the return period had passed no refund could be issued. Pretty lousy customer service as the sale price was not available in the return period. I expressed my displeasure with the telephone representative and asked to escalate my request to a higher authority. I was informed no such escalation was possible. I’m feeling a little ripped off by Best Buy and will no longer do business with them.

Set up was a bit difficult. Placement has to be just right. If I had other options I would have used them.

Did not use returned for a standard residential monthly service is cheap and i was not going to travel with it.

This a good product for very light users that will be very close to the unit. With the router built in the unit you can only pick up the signal within 30-35’

I installed this kit starlink and signed up for a month to try it for $ 50 .The service was horrible,customer service is worst then they wanted to charge me the following eventhough i stopped using it

Meh. I never tried it while in motion ... but statically i was not inpressed with the speed.

Purchased on the spot due to necessity. Unfortunately, you have to sign up for a Starlink service at $165 for one month just to see if you can get service. There was nowhere around our house that it would work due to trees. Even though I cancelled within less than one hour, there is no refund for the one month of Starlink. I returned this item, but was still out $165 which I think is very unfair.

Could not make it work, Best buy geeks doesn't assist with Starlink.

the starlink minis are great. The best buy delivery did leave it outside at a business on a weekend.

Not great! I bought a full size starlink from you and it worked great but, this mini does not stay connected

It was sent to an old address even though I have had orders from Best Buy coming to my new address for a year now. I keep getting the run around from customers no service. They’re not getting any more business from me.

I purchased a star link less than 30 days ago and Best Buy drop the price $100 however they would not honor the hundred dollar price drop from their price match guarantee because you have to be a Best Buy premium or plus member to qualify. Most retailers would honor a less than 30 day purchase Buy has lost a customer for life.
