Item was available much sooner through Best Buy. Pickup was date promised.

I do a lot of video meetings and I’ve had to turn my video off to keep the meeting going.

My first attempt at using the Starlink was a failure. We were in Iowa in a hotel room and our window was not facing in an opportune direction. My second attempt was successful out in front of my home, but I figured out that anyone can connect to the Starlink WIFI. Not real happy about that. It will be nice in case of a power outage anyway.

Excellent customer service at the store. Sales department was vary helpful.

I haven't open the box yet I called to return this item because of a price drop of $70.00 but Best buy said I couldn't because I had it mort than 15 days.

Great purchase! We get internet on the go even on rual areas.

Has a slight humming sound and often takes a while to connect to satellites.

My issue is not with the product but with BB's customer service and their misleading "memberships." I purchased the mini - it works great, by the way - and went on a road trip. On my trip, the Mini went on sale ($499-$299) - looked online and saw their sales match was 60 days. No problem - I'll go back to the store on my return. Went to the store and was informed that the 60-day sales match was only for "paid memberships" and my account status had 15 days to match the price, to which I missed by two days! Contacted corporate and was told - should have bought a membership, and their system would not allow any exceptions. There are many options available - I'm no longer a Best Buy customer. Make this purchase elsewhere

Buying it was one thing.. I offered to pay for installation & they said they did not provide that.! And said if i had any issues to call starlink.. Well that was like pulling teeth.. The Representative was not at all helpful and basically said they couldn't help with getting it connected. So with that & the 4 day of trying I decided to return it.

It requires multiple after market attachments to make it usefully in most applications. The cable for power is still proprietary and can only be mounted to a 110 source of power with out aftermarket attachments, the plan to make the mini active is minimum 165 a month and that doesn’t allow high speed movement.

Works very well. No drops unless obstructed view. No lag at peak times.

The product must be very good. However, I moved house and the new house already had internet. I had a problem in the house I was in because the owner was not paying for an internet and condominium. So I was without internet for anything at home. So I bought this, but there were so many problems in the house that I moved. So I didn't need it anymore and decided to return it and they didn't inform me that I had a deadline of 15 days for it, I went to return it with 16 days and they didn't accept it anymore. In fact they tried, but arriving at the store they said that the serial number did not match the one in the box. They made me go to another store, arriving there even worse. They told me to talk to Starlink. That's absurd. I didn't buy with Starlink and I have nothing to do with whether the box and the product have different serial numbers. Anyway, only inconvenience and expenses going from one store to another, right far from my house. And even more so without anything solved, something that doesn't even depend on me.

Great for RV's wifi signal is strong inside and out.

There's still room for improvement, a lower price / discount would be nice.

I like that the internet is fast but wished it had come with the pipe adapter as well.

Simple to setup, rarely works - even when it says no obstructions. Less than a month old and something is ooozing out of it.

Does OK for surfing internet, but has issues streaming TV. Has alot of buffering issues. Not what I thought it would be.
