I really don’t know how to rate this item my experience with Starlink kit has been a nightmare. After buy the kit I can not purchase a service plan because the service plan has been sold out in my region. If I was told by Best Buy after buying the expensive standard kit I would not be able to purchase residential or roam plan due to service being sold out in my region.

It works as described, we travel in an RV and work in every location. 5 minutes to set up when we arrive at a new site. Bought a tri-pod stand to get it off the ground

Out in the dunes during football season and got way better internet than I usually would at home, probably because there’s no obstacles in the way but either way great product.

Super easy setup. NO Mounting capabilities? Can see how it might be a problem with the trees when we camp. Would like to be able to mount on a pole, for RV travel and the like, but this edition doesn't have that.

We live in a rural area which doesn't have great options for internet service. We're able to contact twice as many devices and it's been working well with minimal interruptions.

The kit was fine. However I received no information about the need for mounts ar how to determine which mounts would work for me. This is after speaking to several different customer service personnel, each if whom was eager to sell me something. There was no experienced advice and, consequently I grossly over-spent. Thank goodness for the knowledgeable and experienced installers. The whole process delayed having the satellite system operational. Very disappointed in the lack of training Best Buy offered their customer service team. Once the installers were able to make the system operational, it has worked wonderfully.

Our starlink has been 10/10. When our local internet service provider was unable to provide us with acceptable service, we switched to Starlink and never looked back

Everything we ordered with our Starlink was shipped and delivered extremely fast! Very pleased with their service and price. Will be looking at Best Buy first for future purchases.

We bought the starlink satellite system when it was on sale at Best Buy. We love having the satellite and have not had any problems with it. The young man who helped me at the store was very pleasant impolite.

Best Buy assisted me when the cart listed the wrong price; they were courteous, answered my questions, and corrected the cart. The purchase and subsequent pick-up at Best Buy were handled efficiently and courteously.

Excellent quality. Easy set up. The best internet device for the money.

We couldn't get internet in the rural area we are in and we got starlink and its great. Holds up great in bad weather and never cuts out. Set up was a little struggle for me, the number and letters are hars to see on the back of the satellite.
