I like it! it definitely has given me more internet accessibility especially being in a rural area like the Navajo Nation. I couldn't get internet anywhere and starlink was able to help me get that internet access.

Walked in door immediately waited on. Kit was all inclusive,everything you need to be up and running. LOVE IT!! First time in 26 yrs I haven't had to worry about losing connection. Highly recommend!

This has provided internet in an area that has never had solid internet. It is amazing to be able to stream and not be frustrated just trying to surf the web!

Beware when shipping this item, the tape was covering the vital serial numbers, it made my setup a multi day affair. Other than that the service is speedy and made rv camping feasible for remote working on weekdays.

So far so good. I'm only giving 4 starts becase initial set-up was not as easy as I though is woas going to be. What a read was you downlad the app and its going to be super easy & intuitive. That was not my experience. I continually ran into errors and it took me about 2 hours to get it set up.

Works pretty good here in the woods so far. Have the occasion lag but just because I have two people on video games as well.

Purchased this item as we are out in country and cannot get decent WiFi. Love the device.

We have travel and had internet thanks to it everywhere so far. We took it to Texas after the hurricane hit and we where the only ones that where able to use internet thanks to it.

Pretty self explanatory, I was getting anywhere from 40-70% faster speeds with my 2nd gen Starlink compared to this one. I have been a Starlink customer since near conception, and this is by far the slowest my service has ever been. If it hadn’t been for a hail storm destroying my 2nd gen antenna (which Starlink assured me would never happen btw) I would have never purchased this. The only plus side is (after 4 weeks of waiting on a response, after already paying out of pocket for new equipment and installing myself) Starlink customer support did compensate me for my out of pocket expenses for purchasing a new antenna, however I will be throwing this one away as soon as the new generation is available. If you can find a used 2nd gen/Actuated Starlink local on FB Marketplace or Craigslist, buy that instead. And before the Elon fanboys come for me, I have spent countless hours on phone with support adjusting/pointing/changing settings/etc. and have never gotten close to my original speeds. The service type, location of antenna, address, etc. have never changed, the only changes have been the antenna.

I live in a rural area and this is by far the best option offered for internet in my area and at first I love this system was super fast. But in less than 60 days my gen 3 router/modem stopped working I tried to reach out to customer support to report a claim but Starlink does not have a customer support number the only way you can reach them is through their app by email. It has been over 72 hours since I’ve submitted my claim and still haven’t received a message by from them. I have been without any internet this whole time and have no clue when it will be resolved. Starlinks customer support is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Truly disappointed

Solved years of internet service problems when you live in a dead-zone.

Typical Starlink kit, EXCEPT I'm pretty sure the supplied cable was 60 feet and NOT 75 as advertised. Where we had measured to and where we were forced to modify our plans put us at about 15 feet short. 75 feet would have given us about 5 feet of leeway. Other than that the typical Starlink kit.
