I went to the store to see what the issue was, only to be told your Geek Squad wouldn’t install it. I found an installer. It cost me $500. Get your act together Best Buy

Used Starlink at my son's house and loved it. Bought the kit for my house and it was unusable because of trees. Download their app and do the installation setup where it checks the sky for signal quality before purchasing the kit.

Good quality and simple mole to use. Instructions are fairly clear- but suggest looking at starling site for extra guidance. Roof, pole or wall mount hardware will cost extra.

Works great in the desert we got it cahse we moved to a rule area and works better than being in the city using fios
