    Went to Starlink for phone support. They didn't want to help with a unit bought from Best Buy.

    Don’t get good coverage all through house. 2 story house. Is there an extender Togo with Starlink router?

    Unit received internet well but setup was difficult with vague directions. No reasonable service plans were available in my area so I would have been buying internet a gig at a time at exhorbitant rates while on a waiting list. Returned unit to store for refund

    Internet works fine, the app and website could be more user friendly. they are both clunky and things are hard to find/navigate.

    Works great if you have no trees around the signal area. Obstructions did cause disconnects in online gaming and zoom calls, it has gotten better where it doesnt disconnect with obstructions. Streaming netflix or video apps works flawlessly. If you have no local internet services, this is the best thing you can get, wish it was cheaper.
