Bought this due to living in a rural area in West Virginia and not having any ISP in my location. Easy setup and installation of satellite and router. Only thing that was hard was running the cable. The cable provided is pretty long but if you are running a long distance. Definitely buy the 45m cable. Also bought the pivot mount from starlink to install on my roof. Overall a great product and easy to setup/use. Running 300 mbs and can do anything i want like living in a city with my internet. Downloads, streaming, and support for multiple devices are also some of the benefits. BUY IT & you will not regret the decision.

For rural customers stuck on mobile carriers who can’t get conventional internet this is a must. I won’t say it’s blazing speeds or perfect but it has come along way. Yes your kids can game. Cod Fortnite all fps games work with minimum lag and most importantly low latency with little to no packet loss. Speeds range from 60-250 and very greatly but again packet loss is very minimal and latency is consistent 35-50. Great product for those of us who cannot get fiber or cable. I’ll add it doesn’t come with a mount. You can’t lock it down it just sits on a picture frame stand so def buy the roof or pole mount. If you’re going to put it in your yard get the tripod mount. Can’t hardwire without buying the adapter and the main line doesn’t come with a flat wire for window pass thru get creative for permanent installs.

The absolute best purchase I’ve made in a long time. Researched my option for reliable internet when camping (my wife works remote) and also as a backup if power or grids go down (not a question of “if”, it’s a question of “when”,) 5 minute set up (10 minutes if you count unpacking and hooking up the 4 pieces) the speed is absolutely amazing, we were getting 256mbps. Extremely easy to turn the subscription on and off as needed. A little pricey per month to be honest, but the fact that I can stop my subscription when we aren’t traveling and restart at any time is well worth the cost. Can’t go wrong

Super easy to set up with the app. Called my existing dish company and they put new starlink dish on the roof.

With very limited prociders in Venus, Tx this was the next bug thing. It actually worked better than i have thought. The only bad thing is that its expensive but it was well worth it

Starlink has been nothing but trouble for me since I bought in in mid January. I'm that guy who reads directions before starting an assembly project. That's what I did with my Gen 3 Starlink. Step by step and word for word I followed the instructions to set this up. It worked perfectly for about a month. It was fast and I had great speeds. Shortly after that it suddenly went offline. I have network, but no internet. I created a ticket and someone got back to me a day later (not acceptable). After four days we got it back up. Four days ago, after two weeks of running, the internet fell offline again. I immediately created another ticket, but as of this writing no one from Starlink has reached out. I have sent a Customer Complaint email to Starlink to see if that helps. If you're thinking of buying, think again. There is no phone number to call (no, the one mentioned in some sites is not Starlink). There is no way to speak to anyone. I just have to wait until they're ready to contact me. I realize that today's customer service does not include actually speaking to customers, but it is completely inefficient to attempt troubleshooting via messaging over several days vs. speaking over the phone for 30 minutes, but that seems to be the new normal. If this isn't fixed soon I will need to terminate my service. I hope someone who works at Starlink will read this and pass it on.

Worth it and super easy everything. It's not glitchy and so far REALLY FAST!
