We had a problem with our Starlink and we were going to get a new one but an employee asked if we bought the extra protection plan and we weren’t sure so they checked And yes we had so we brought the old one back and was replaced with a new one

The larger starlink you do get way more bandwidth and I love them both as I now have both.

Works great. Download speeds are faster than phone internet. Before Starlink I was using my cellphone company home internet and after recent storms, our internet speed slowed down. I have seen download speed up to 100mbps

Absolutely, worth it! I live in a rural area with not very many choices for internet services Starlink was a game changer for me. I can stream,online game and use the internet with no hiccups it feels like I have in town speeds out of town. I LOVE IT!!!

Customers services was very Customer service was very poor, and we had to wait about 15 minutes to get help. Overall, the service was bad, and they need training.

Easy setup and operation! Was used in a remote area where cell service is 1 or 2 bars at best. Most of the time there was NO service!! The star link gave us full wifi for phones, radio and even television!! We are also located in a valley surrounded by mountains and canyons Worked anywhere from 100 to 150 yards from the source.
