Setup was very fast and easy, easy to get the account setup and easy to connect everything. Speed are decent, much much better than the 5G from 2 top carriers we tried. Purchased for the travel trailer, tested at home with 2 work from home stations, 2 gaming desktops, and Streaming Netflix and handled it all at once.

This item was bought to use up in the mountains. It was easy to install with good instructions and it was an excellent choice to improve our internet capabilities in this isolated location.

Setup was easy flawless. The starlink app makes it even easier plus giving you an hour of wifi to get everything going. The speeds are insane with 320mb down and 15-20mb up out in the middle of no where. It takes a really bad storm to slow things down.

Just replaced my Spectrum internet with this setup and so far after almost 2 weeks i can say is as solid as I can wish for. I did added an extra mini router to create a mesh but it was not necessary since it covered my 1 level 1600sqft house and surroundings with no issues. Absolutely love our starlink. It was easy to install and set up. I love that i didnt have to call or deal with any customer service. My husband put it up on the house and then within 30 minutes we had internet. And have never had any issues with it. Great recommendation from my sister in law!

I'm new to starlink, and was using a very slow connection from my parents for months, but looking for a easy way to get internet into my small ADU apartment I came across starlink, my connection went from 10mbs on a good day to over 200mbs down, it has been amazing and works great in the bay area, I recommend it to anyone who wants great internet that gives them freedom to not be stuck in a contract and being it wherever you move! I 100% recommend this product and service! The device was way to easy to setup so to anyone who is not the most technology smart this is a really easy product to get up and running!

It is literally the best device for staying connected to the internet in any location across the country, offering the best prices on the market and excellent quality. And best of all, you don't need intermediaries—nor technicians prying into your privacy or asking questions that are outside their scope. And very easy to install, one time that you buy the dispositive only need fallow the instructions.

I was skeptical about purchasing this product, it did cost a lot but honestly it’s pretty worth it. It was simple ish to set up, I had trouble because my neighbor has one and it would try to link together and it got confusing but once it’s set up it’s good. Monthly bill is pretty pricey but since I live in the middle of no where there’s nothing else and this is the best I could get so for me it’s worth it but maybe if you’re in the city this isn’t the best option, I pretty much have no option lol but I love it and it’s really fast and reliable.

Makes a huge difference in our Internet experience in our remote home in the mountains. We are able to keep live cameras and many devices up and easily communicating without having to disconnect cell phones, etc. because there is a lag in our streaming experience. Easy installation on our roof with the mount we bought.

Took it camping and it worked well. Had some trouble connecting to internet to start the plan while camping so I would recommend you start the plan before you leave!

My experience has been great right out of the box. My internet speed is fantastic compared to the speeds I had before. 290 down vs 6 down. Pretty simple setup and running. i was paying $80 a month; now $120. Worth it.

Purchased this for our northern Wisconsin cottage where (believe it or not) the only internet option is still DSL. Needed something faster than 10 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up... Set up was very straightforward, and speeds are excellent. Consistently getting > 150 Mbps down and > 10 Mbps up with very low (< 50 ms) latency. Enough to support 2 simultaneous video calls + online gaming. We've had several thunderstorms with heavy rain and did see a decrease in throughput and occasional mini outages (less than a second), but not enough to knock us out of meetings. Pricey, yes, but worth it if you need to telework.
