Great purchase. I would highly recommend this product if you need internet in the middle of the desert.

I bought twice and took home to the Caribbean. I must say it's the best internet service we've ever gotten.

What can I say about the Starlink standard kit I purchased from Best Buy? When Hurricane Helene knocked out our internet, we were completely cut off from communication. If it hadn't been for Starlink during that crisis, we would have been unable to seek or receive help.

It took us a year to finally leap but we are happy so far. Had to drive an hour to Ocala FL to pick it up at Best buy to purchase it and it was an easy purchase.

Living in a slightly rural area, I've always struggled with internet speed. I went from super slow to super-fast internet, the difference is amazing. I had to hire someone to install it, as the setup required mounting equipment and running a cord through the exterior wall into the house. It was so worth it!

Excellent service with our Starlink. Very easy, right out of the box set up! We were streaming within minutes of opening the box. If there are trees surrounding your home, you may need a roof mount. Best Buy had competitive pricing & easy online ordering.

When I walked into Best Buy in Joplin, Missouri I was greeted by 2 guys that were an unlimited source of information about Starlink. They answered every question I had and even added to the conversation about things I didn't even know that I didn't know. they explained the installation and when I got home, I looked like an expert!!

Plug the ethernet canles into the router and then set the modile up facing an area without obstructions. Instant internet after 25 years of being in a unserviceable area.

The best purchase ever. Easy to install. As soon as it is installed you have access to internet right away. No need to wait any access from network provider.

Limited model and supply at the local store; One box on the shelf. WAY overpriced product and installation! Extremely poor customer service from the first three employees I encountered. My only option in a pinch other than Spectrum, which is never an option for my household.
