Works great! Not much else to say. Equipment is a little on the expensive side.

My area is very rural and it connected fast. The service is a lot faster then old provider.

I tried a couple of different mobile options, since I'm driving around the country. It only took 2 days to hit my data caps and each of the mobile carriers throttled me to the point that I couldn't even watch tv. Switching to Starlink has worked everywhere I've been, and there are no data caps, so I've had all the internet I've needed for only a little bit more than the mobile carriers.

I haven't had the Starlink very long, but it has been great. I live in an area where I don't have options.

We live out in the middle of the woods and we haven’t lost connection at all and we get really bad storms out here. This has been a fantastic service for us and worth the money!

Great experience this far with this product great speed and ease of use.

Still haven’t gotten to using as they keep saying they don’t have any spots

We were so glad to be able to pick one up at a BB in TN. Needed during the horrific Helene storm damage with power and internet out for weeks. we were able to power by use of car. While it was very bulky, it helped and made us able to communicate as well as share access with many others who also needed to file claims and update loved ones..

Easy to get up and running. Service has been great. Great for areas with bad cell service

Unfortunately this product did not work for me. I live in a moderately forested area. There are a few tall trees in near my house and I was hoping to use this as a home internet alternative since I live in Estecada Oregon and I’m not entirely satisfied with the services out here. Even buying an additional mount to try to mount on top of my house was not enough to give it a clear enough view to keep consistent service speeds. Also had to buy an additional cord after the original had problems saying check connections and attempting to reboot and reestablish connections every few minutes. Overall, I had high hopes for this and it did not meet them. It seems like it would if you had a very clear area to set it up in that does not include any tree. I had two trees taller than my house by maybe twenty feet roughly fifty feet away from the house. It seems like it would be far enough away but unfortunately was not. So just be aware that it can be a problem, but thankfully they give you 15 days to try it out and Best Buy was really easy with the return process.
