i like how even rain or shine, you will always have wifi.

It slows us to have Internet when we’re out camping.

Internet service has never been this good at my house. 5 kids in the house and over 20 devices connected at all times.(cameras, TV’s, phones, tablets)The only negative is the availability fee that you have to pay that I was not told about.

I bought it for my in-laws and they said it's the best internet they have every had

The product is great. What upset me is that Best Buy couldn’t give me the special that Starlink was offering.

Super easy setup. NO Mounting capabilities? Can see how it might be a problem with the trees when we camp. Would like to be able to mount on a pole, for RV travel and the like, but this edition doesn't have that.

This Starlink system is phenomenal. We were camping in an area where there’s absolutely no cell phone service. No Wi-Fi were able to make phone calls and text messages stream. Amazon and other things would recommend it highly, well worth the money !!!!!!!

Easy to install. Easy instructions per app. Did need to google how to take off the kick stand.

Starlink has been great. Best Buy Customer Service not so much. Putting the product on sale for 50% off 14 days after my purchase but refusing to honor the price guarantee because I didn’t see it unti 15 days and 11 hours later? Then refusing to alllow me to speak to a manager either in store or through the call center. I’ve made two purchases this year from Best Buy…they will be my last. Factory direct or Amazon moving forward. You need to do better Best Buy.
