    Not stable and require additional charges in TX( they claim it’s a busy zone, most of the states are actually). It requires full vision of the sky for a reasonable speed. Not for gamer for sure.

    Equipment set up: cable and satellite holder had mastec to install the satellite and set up.

    Besides that, one other negative I have is I believe that the App could use some improvements and is a little bit daunting and not very user-friendly too minimalistic.

    Do yourself a favor and don't do business with Best Buy. I purchased my Starlink and in just 19 days the router went out and I had to return it. I had the extended warranty and they replaced it but then charged me an additional $54 stating that I consumed the warranty. No one told me that I could simply return it to Starlink since it was over their 15 day return. Best Buy will return it now and get a new one for free. What a rip off! Starlink is great, Best Buy not so much!

    We live in an area with no internet options and weak cellular service. Starlink has been a life changer!
