Never thought I’d be getting internet access where I live anytime soon until I got StarLink now I have it and it works flawlessly!

We live in a very rural area and this has been a godsend. Yes it costly upfront but the service has been good, even in some nasty weather.

Starlink was needed as a backup for our Xfinity Internet

It works as described, we travel in an RV and work in every location. 5 minutes to set up when we arrive at a new site. Bought a tri-pod stand to get it off the ground

It works excellent, i was having severe wifi problems at home. I was told about Starlink so i decided to give it a chance. Works great and was so easy to set up.

Got this product after a devastating hurricane hit Jamaica and we were out of internet access for 2 months hands down the worst product I ever purchased the service was always slow and it had multiple intermittent issues, 8 months after purchase and it’s been sitting in the box after one week worth of use I had to ask for a refund to how bad it was… 0 stars is more accurate but I can’t give that low of a review. Trying to resell it hasn’t been fruitful either since no one wants to pay for this overpriced paper weight (still no residential plans available even up to this day) So the cheapest internet option is roaming for basically $100 / per month

Purchase the starlink kit but ut was damaged in shipping before it arrived. Shipper notified me they were returning the kit to Best Buy. Contacted Best Buy to get a new one shipped. I was told that the unit was indeed on the way to me, not being sent back to them. I would receive the kit the following day. It did not arrive. Contacted BB again and they admitted that I was not told the truth but offered no solutions. Just an apology and best of luck! I couldn't order another kit, due to a 1 item limit, until the one being returned made it back to them and it would then be removed from my account. That would take several days and then another 3 or 4 days to get a new one shipped. They never even offered to help get another one shipped sooner and said there was nothing they could do, even after acknowledging there representative lie twice about the previous order.

Equipment holds up very well, no problems at all. I have it located on the top of my home and it has upheld storms very well.

Took a long time for it to be available but now I have it! If you are in a rural area this is the way to go. Now I have to finish configuring it and I will be all good.

We couldn't get internet in the rural area we are in and we got starlink and its great. Holds up great in bad weather and never cuts out. Set up was a little struggle for me, the number and letters are hars to see on the back of the satellite.

Best Buy assisted me when the cart listed the wrong price; they were courteous, answered my questions, and corrected the cart. The purchase and subsequent pick-up at Best Buy were handled efficiently and courteously.

The best but team member was very helpful and knowledgeable when we purchased the starlink. Assisted us with any questions we had and had good feedback for us.

We bought the starlink satellite system when it was on sale at Best Buy. We love having the satellite and have not had any problems with it. The young man who helped me at the store was very pleasant impolite.
