Good for Wildland firefighters!!!! Good signal in all places!!!!

Out in the dunes during football season and got way better internet than I usually would at home, probably because there’s no obstacles in the way but either way great product.

We live in a rural area which doesn't have great options for internet service. We're able to contact twice as many devices and it's been working well with minimal interruptions.

Needs a clear view of the sky, but once setup it is great. You can even play games with low acceptable latency

Everything we ordered with our Starlink was shipped and delivered extremely fast! Very pleased with their service and price. Will be looking at Best Buy first for future purchases.

Awesome! it was really helpful. i recently moved to a new construction and i don't have cable internet, starlink saved us. The connection is stable.

I can now answer my phone and use it in every room in the house and watch tv, big plus it even works in my yard. Very happy.

I live in a rural area and this is by far the best option offered for internet in my area and at first I love this system was super fast. But in less than 60 days my gen 3 router/modem stopped working I tried to reach out to customer support to report a claim but Starlink does not have a customer support number the only way you can reach them is through their app by email. It has been over 72 hours since I’ve submitted my claim and still haven’t received a message by from them. I have been without any internet this whole time and have no clue when it will be resolved. Starlinks customer support is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Truly disappointed

Our starlink has been 10/10. When our local internet service provider was unable to provide us with acceptable service, we switched to Starlink and never looked back

Just purchased the 3rd edition of the the Starlink system from BB in westbury NY and o couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. I did, do, and I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for something

Purchased this for the middle of the Upper Peninsula Michigan where there is absolutely no cell service. It’s pretty picky about its orientation, must be pointed north, but once we got it situated it worked great.

Best Buy is excellent in online services and very fast in shipping. Really recommended.
