Best Buy reduced the price of the kit but the price match was NOT allowed because the item had not been installed. The mount recommended by Best Buy was received but could NOT be used as it was a roof mount, not a pivotal side mount needed. The specific mount I need is not available at this time at Best Buy or online.

While I did return this device, I won’t say it did not work, it was just did not work well enough to justify paying more a month than my traditional internet. If starlink is your only option or your current internet is not reliable, starlink may be perfect for you!

It works if you have a clear sky. Also the internal wifi works.

Easy to install. Really cool design. Which it came with at least one accessory.

It has only “worked” one out of the four times I have tried. Even then it only lasted ann hour anmd booted me off of a very important Zoom meeting. Every time it says strong signal, but if you run a speed test, it shows 45 download or below. Also impossible to get anyone to respond at Starlink.

The cable that came in the box was faulty. I had to order a new cable in order to get the Starlink to work.

It works ok, except when we have storms. I really expected that to be better than the old dial up in bad weather, and not very happy with the price increases and service caps they’re adding.

I tried to activate my starlink purchased from Best Buy and device is already assigned.

They don’t tell you that you need hardware for outside this must be outside to work and they do not sell the hardware. Does not work at all inside

For the price, i think this should come with the wall mount kit. At least the wall mount adapter.

There is no customer service. We tried to call their number multiple times and never had anyone answer, left phone number to call us back and never got a call back. Returned unit and cancelled service.

Slow service at time not do to weather and also the don't inform you that you need to purchase a mount before you can install it

Came in Perfect condition. Standard Kit - the price is worth it !

It was easy installation and activation, but after the first 2 days it wouldnt get the good mbps. If you’re looking for something to allow you to watch and stream hulu and netflix, rhis is the one for you but not good for anything else really.

Not sure how to feel. Have issues with it connecting to router and no customer service contact !

Unfortunately the sales person was not well informed about Starlink capabilities and costs. After buying the product we learned more about Starlink capabilities and realized it does not meet our needs

Not happy with Best Buy. I bought this on July 3, 2024 and noticed recently the price dropped by $200 but Best Buy won’t price match because it’s beyond their 15 day return policy ( which wasn’t mentioned at the store). This is way too short of a time period and for expensive purchases it looks like other retailers or Amazon might be a better bet.

Don’t buy from BestBuy! When I opened the box my router and starlink dish were all scratched up. I called customer support at Best Buy and all fixes led to me waiting another week to get a replacement or driving down to Greenville, SC to pick one up. SC is a different state than NC. I asked if they could Overnight ship me a new Starlink since this one was a day late and doing without internet another week after Hurricane Helene wasn’t going to help my school. The representative was completely unwilling to fix the problem without me driving way out of my way to another state or waiting. (Order from somewhere else)
