It’s been a terrible experience. The in store reps couldn’t answer my questions. Then the install team never showed up or called on install day. Scheduling another installation had been horrible. I still don’ have it installed.

Install suck, signal suck, etc...I'm not cutting trees down around my house, so this is an issue. Ridiculous installation porocess.

The product itself works great, but it is very painful to have paid $599 on this in May and for it now to be only $299. What a joke. If I could've waited for the price drop I would've, but I needed internet. I feel scammed having paid so much for it to go to $499 in June and now only $299. 2 and half months after purchase. I financed this and still owe more than what it is worth now. Absolutely unaccectable.

We are in a rural area of Colombia and get basic coverage for messages and phone calls when close to the unit, but not service to access data online.

Router seems to constantly disconnect, and the only way to fix that is by unplugging and plugging back in??

It was better than no internet service during Hurricane Helene; however service is slow and spotty.

not that great. The speed can go from really fast to ultra slow in seconds. Still on the fence if this was a good purchase.

2 stars for the easy installation. Besides that you're paying minimum $120 a month for 3G speeds. Yes I said 3G speeds. On the Starlink App it will show you're speeds are 100 mbps + but, in reality you're at turtle speed with guarenteed buffering/loss of connection every 5-10 mins. I have been using Starlink for 4 months now and have quit the service today after nothing has changed.

0 stars!!! Order directly from starlink. The brand new unit we received had already been activated. After hours or phone calls with customer service we were told "sorry, we can't help with activation". So frustrating! We are outside of the return window and stuck with a "new" starlink that we can't use.

Difficult using in forested areas due to obstructions. Need various ways to get around these in order for it to work as advertised.

I bought this for our camper. I was a little concerned that everything sits outside, I’m thinking people can just steal the whole thing in the middle of the night. Then I just tried to watch TV and it said it was obstructed. So I thought every time I wanna watch TV I gotta go outside and move the satellite . No, that’s not gonna happen.

Unfortunately Best buy sent me an open box used system that did not work starling was great they replaced it with no problem but Best buy do better stop selling open box products as new you should have never shipped this to me when it was already opened that's really sad business practice

The product is amazing but the service I received not so much. The product went on sale one day out of my return policy and I was unable to receive a refund for the difference through Best Buy. I also received the product damaged but still functioning. I have Still yet to be able to receive a replacement for the damage product.

be careful purchasing through Best Buy if you're not very confident on Starlink service and speeds in your area. Their return window is half of everyone else (only 15 days instead of 30) and they refuse to price match THEIR OWN PRICE if you buy it and it then goes on sale. Policies like this are why brick-and-mortor stores are dying and Amazon and New Egg are thriving.

Best if you live out in the middle of nowhere and are unable to get wifi. If you are in a city, you wont get anything but 100mbps and constant disconnections. The cheapest service is $120/mo. You're better off with a better internet provider.

I get nothing but buffing all the time definitely not happy

Went out after 5 months. Under warranty, but starlink support sends out replacement items 1 at a time and they take over a week to receive. Currently been without service for 11 days and support wants us to wait another 7-10 days for another replacement item to ship out. Refusing to overnight product. Not a solution for homes requiring reliable service. Also, you cannot speak with a live person in support. Only chat online. They take 30 minutes+ to respond.

1 star for Best Buy. 16 days after I purchased it the price dropped $200 and support said couldn’t help me since out of the return window. 4 stars for Starlink, just it’s costly

Our experience was terrible. We canceled the order after the Geek Squad canceled three installation dates spread over a two-and-a-half-week period. We finally grew weary of that group's behavior. We opted for a competitive streaming solution.
