Easy to set up. Lighting fast internet, and stormy skies don’t seem to bother reception. If you can’t get fiber optic internet this is the way to go. Unbox it, plug it in, activate it and you’re done.

Service works amazing. Easy to set up! Shipping was delayed a day not terrible but also when you need Internet a day is an eternity… probably could blame FedEx or UPS whoever delivered on that part. Highly satisfied thinking about buying another for another location!

We were forced to get StarLink because the fires in New Mexico destroyed the fiber optic cables of the wireless company we have used for years and they wouldn’t be up and running for months. How the restaurant I own ran before getting StarLink was a history of outages and issues. StarLink is awesome! So easy to setup and the speed is incredible . I only wish I had done it sooner. Plus, Elon returned $200. because we are in a disaster area even though we bought it from Best Buy, so win win.

In the land of slow (50mb) AT&T internet (c’mon now, it’s 2024 and I have teens) Elon Musk and his space based internet has saved my sanity. Average speed of around 200mb, little to no downtime. Extremely easy to set up. Literally unbox it, point at sky, turn on. The app will tell you if you need to turn the unit to face the right direction.

Bought this Starlink for my husband when we camp and have no Wi-Fi or cellphone service. Hands down I am pleased with the purchase. We have not experienced any buffering or service interruptions and were able to connect 3 TV's and our family and friends who camped with us hooked up their cellphones about 10 of them and Starlink did not glitch or buffer it is amazing.

Up and running in less than 30 minutes. My other option was a 25 foot pole on the roof while this thing out performs it 5x with the footprint of a large book. It is almost unnoticeable. The local Best Buy had one in stock and while it’s not needed I do recommend a mount. No regrets. So happy with this purchase.

Works great in rural Dominican Republic, as such it can work anywhere. Recommend the pole adapter to setup on side of the house. Ensure proper setup and allow atleast 12 hours to sync up with satelites before needing to use the service for Zoom/ Teams calls.

Best investment. Tried to have local broadband and always had outages. This works all the time and very fast

Setup was very straightforward and easy to complete. Very impressive speeds. Router range is more than enough. I have it set up on one end of the house and it stretches all the way across my house with full bars.

Bought this due to living in a rural area in West Virginia and not having any ISP in my location. Easy setup and installation of satellite and router. Only thing that was hard was running the cable. The cable provided is pretty long but if you are running a long distance. Definitely buy the 45m cable. Also bought the pivot mount from starlink to install on my roof. Overall a great product and easy to setup/use. Running 300 mbs and can do anything i want like living in a city with my internet. Downloads, streaming, and support for multiple devices are also some of the benefits. BUY IT & you will not regret the decision.

For rural customers stuck on mobile carriers who can’t get conventional internet this is a must. I won’t say it’s blazing speeds or perfect but it has come along way. Yes your kids can game. Cod Fortnite all fps games work with minimum lag and most importantly low latency with little to no packet loss. Speeds range from 60-250 and very greatly but again packet loss is very minimal and latency is consistent 35-50. Great product for those of us who cannot get fiber or cable. I’ll add it doesn’t come with a mount. You can’t lock it down it just sits on a picture frame stand so def buy the roof or pole mount. If you’re going to put it in your yard get the tripod mount. Can’t hardwire without buying the adapter and the main line doesn’t come with a flat wire for window pass thru get creative for permanent installs.

Starlink works great!! So much better than our last internet service. Easy to install.

There's not too much to say, really. I bought it to purchase a Starlink plan. It works incredible, great service (thats Starlink) also has a sleek look mounted to roof. I did end up purchasing a pole mount as it was easier for me to mount it this way to get exceptional service

The absolute best purchase I’ve made in a long time. Researched my option for reliable internet when camping (my wife works remote) and also as a backup if power or grids go down (not a question of “if”, it’s a question of “when”,) 5 minute set up (10 minutes if you count unpacking and hooking up the 4 pieces) the speed is absolutely amazing, we were getting 256mbps. Extremely easy to turn the subscription on and off as needed. A little pricey per month to be honest, but the fact that I can stop my subscription when we aren’t traveling and restart at any time is well worth the cost. Can’t go wrong
