Easy setup works great. Should have cut cable internet and tv out awhile ago.

Starlink is a very reliable and quick internet service, you and your love one will enjoy connecting with near&far family and friends with the connection of the starlink.

We love starlike. We live in a rural area with no other options for high-speed Internet. Easy setup 10 times faster than our old system. More expensive but well worth it if you're a fan of streaming movies or playing video games and you don't have access to a fiber connection

I live in Ruidoso NM and in June 17th 2024 a huge wildfire came through our town. We have had Windstram and TDS (only 2 options) as our internet for the 25 years we have lived here. When after a week we were allowed back to our town and houses TDS said they may not have their internet back up for 8 weeks as their HUB had burnt. Well this day and age we could not be without phone/internet for 8 weeks. So we bought Starlink on our way home. We got it in 2 days (AWESOME!!!) and installed it. Installation was super easy and have not regretted it one bit. Highly reccomend to anyone!!! Our whole town is converting. With paying 100 bucks a month for a land line and "100mbps speed" (never saw it above 45) which anytime it was to windy, sunny, cold or cloudy we would constantly have outages. With Starling no buffering lagging and we were getting 200 mbps with 3 smart Tv's, and 7 phones all streaming with no problem. Which I had switched years ago. Would highly reccomend.

After purchasing Starlink, internet is impressively fast and reliable even in remote areas. Setup was quick and easy, and latency feels low for streaming and gaming. Service stays consistent through most weather. Customer portal is straightforward. Overall, excellent connectivity.

I have been using my starlink hardawre i ordered from best buy for a few months now. It works great. When i bought it it had all the compnents as advertised,was easy to set up and newer dropps swrvice unlike my last isp. Overall best internet product i purchase in a long wile. Recomended it to all my friends who move around or live in rual rease.

Maybe someone needs to let others know that you need to make a pretty big one time payment fee before you can use your device. The item was what it said. it just really was a bummer because no one said there was a one time payment and that I was going to have to pay an additional $1,200.00. Would have been nice if anyone would have warned us that before you can access the internet you have to pay this huge fee. it was kind of easy to set up I had a couple problems but I was able to figure it out without calling and asking anyone luckily. anyways it is a great product I just need to figure out how to change how to make a payment. Since I had to use one card to make the huge one time fee it wont let me change how I make a payment for the future and I need to change the account holder from one person to another.

I am happy to share my experience using the Starlink Standard Kit. I purchased it from BestBuy, and the entire buying experience was excellent. The sales team was extremely knowledgeable and explained the product and setup very clearly, which made the purchase even smoother. I bought the Starlink Standard Kit along with the Starlink Mini for my friends in Jamaica, who were severely impacted by Hurricane Melissa and had no internet access for several weeks. While the local service in their area is still down due to the storm damage, Starlink helped them stay connected to the world almost immediately. The installation and activation process was simple, fast, and seamless. Within minutes, they were online and able to reach family, access updates, and reconnect with everyone. This product has been a true lifesaver during a difficult time. I highly recommend Starlink for anyone looking for a reliable, quick-to-deploy internet solution—especially in remote or disaster-affected areas.

If you live out in the country and there are no options for good internet then this is for you. Unlike other companies there is no data limit. We use on average 1 TB a month and it works just fine. We can stream and play online multiplayer and not just one person at a time but you can have 3 people streaming at the same time and it works just fine. Set up was easy. All you have to do is download the Starlink app, scan for obstructions, and where there is the least amount of red is where you want to put your Star link. I will say that you have to download your games. Streaming games is not an option unless you want to play games that are real blurry and kicks you off. Sometimes on multiplayer you will freeze for a couple of seconds but for the most part you will be fine. If the rain is just a down pour where you can’t really see then the internet will not work but other than that it works when it is raining. If you are frustrated on not having good internet and there are no options for good internet then get STARLINK.

I am so happy we finally have an option for modern day internet speed. We live in a rural area and our only option were cellular hot spot (not good) or an internet provider that used old phone lines as the mean of transmission. Our speed was around 6-7 mbps. Since installing this our speeds are reaching the 230-250 mbps speeds. What a difference. The service isn't particularly cheap, but we don't have options. Install and set up was fairly easy. I would say it took me 2-3 hours and that was me doing it alone. I bought a wifi extender and now my whole home has really fast internet.

I bought Starlink over a year ago and I've been happy with it since. The speed and overall everything has been working well never have I had to call support. It was an easy set up, I did it myself. The App helps a lot too.

I was skeptical at first, but after experiencing horrible internet reception at my current location, not being able to stream without getting interruptions every few seconds, I decided to give it a try. Installation was extremely easy and it works seamlessly. I love it.

Best internet service I've had! Doesn't buffer unless we have some severe weather! Like hurricane weather! We live very close to the Gulf of Mexico in Louisiana! Every internet we have tried does not work here! We can't have 2 TV's connected at once! But with Starlink we have 3 Tv's, 2 computers, 4 phones, an xbox and other stuff and we have no buffering no lagging on the xbox it's awesome! And if you have any problems they are on top of it! They will help you. I would definitely recommend Starlink!

Best purchase I’ve made for new house! Easy setup, I purchased additional wall mount, living in the country getting WiFi is impossible, but with this I stream without stress! Runs everything, cameras, tv, speakers, phone no glitches or issues. 100% recommend

Great internet. Although the equipment is pricey as well as the monthly fee for service, in our case it one of the only option for the location and it works great. Signal distance on the router is quite surprising, outdoor unit heats itself to take care of snow and ice.

Starlink works so much bette than any internet network in Penhook, Va. its an easy set up and installation. Works flawlessly with 10 plus devices and you can actually play video games on here without the lag or messing up completely

I was skeptical at first about switching to Starlink, especially living in a rural area where internet options have always been disappointing. But I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed. The speed is consistently fast for streaming, video calls, and even gaming have been smooth and reliable. What really surprised me is how dependable the service has been, even in bad weather. Starlink has completely changed how we connect at home. Highly recommend!

My opinion Starlink is the best WiFi service hands down. It Never slows down. Buffering is minimal to none. I have 3 TV’s, 3 phones, IPad, Laptop, PlayStation and a Xbox connected, so compared to Viastat and Hughes net service would buffer all day and night and you can forget about playing the games. I forgot to mention Starlink is amazing during bad weather, usually I have to result back to DVD’s. One of the best decision me and hubby made!
