We didn’t have many internet options and spectrum wasn’t doing anything for us. So we purchased the starlink for home use and it was super easy to set up and works great!

I had my doubts on how well this would work. Decided to try it. Couldn't beat the discount best buy gave for memorial day and so far this starlink is working pretty good. I'm a truck driver so i use the roaming plan. Its pricey but works really well.

Easy setup and great performance. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for internet connection and is located in an area that has none

This will be my Second unit because the first one had brought such great internet speeds where I struggled to get 20mb on a good day. I just purchased a second home so I’m installing a Second unit for the same great service.

Setup was easy. System is working great. So far it has met all our needs including live tv streaming and work on laptop from home without any problem.

Fast internet works better than DSL or broadband. If you’re using the kickstand setup is easy. Kit doesn’t come with any mounting or cable hardware those are sold separately. DIY’ers can do either a roof mount or a side mount. cable kit provides all drill bit hardware for thru wall cable installation. Which i recommend as it has the clips to mount cable to make it look like a professional install One down fall is monthly charge mine was $90 but they jacked it up to $120 not happy about that

Where I live my only option for High Speed internet was Starlink. I am pleased with the speeds and reliability of Starlink. Average Download is 375-400 and upload is averaging around 23-30 with a ping around 22ms.

Its been amazing. Grandkids can get their school work done faster. And everyone can be online with out any slow down. Its been wonderful.

The Starlink system works well. Setup was easy. They have decent instructions to help.

[Employee of bestbuy] We live in the middle of nowhere, have no good internet access, decided to try starlink and have been pretty impressed. It has been very reliable and fast. Was able to cancel T-Mobile internet which was super unreliable and SLOW, Starlink has been a tremendous improvement.

Easy setup, less than 30 minutes, and has been working great since the Hurricane, and hurricane relief until the end of the year, Fiber may be back by then.

Great product! I purchased from Best Buy so I would not have to pay a Rental fee. I have a Best Buy membership for warranty. The first unit actually failed. Best Buy was great on replacing it quickly. Starlink support was automated but was an amazing experience. I ended up getting a new unit and am using it now as I type this. Works amazing at our river house that has maybe 1 bar of 4g cell and no fiber optic available. Highly recommend.

so far its a nice unit for being able to have wifi in very remote areas, not being tech savy this was very easy to download the app set up an account and find satellite was very impressed,

Very easy to setup, and works as described. The dish is made so nice that I have dilemma of not wanting to damage it by putting it outside.

Absolutely everything I’d hoped it would be! Great download and upload speeds. I stream tv all day and use about 10 devices at a time with no lag!
