    The item itself was a good deal. It works great. However the customer service at this particular store was terrible. Everyone seemed like they were going through a mid life crisis and had a bad attitude. Probably best to do online, but if everyone does that then less people needed in store. They need to adjust their attitude,

    My mom lives in a very wooded area and had Hughes Net previously, but it kept disconnecting at random times due to woods and cloud coverage. Made the investment into this and it hasn't dropped since! The whole house is a huge fan! Easy to install and set up!
