Excellent service with our Starlink. Very easy, right out of the box set up! We were streaming within minutes of opening the box. If there are trees surrounding your home, you may need a roof mount. Best Buy had competitive pricing & easy online ordering.

Very easy to set up. Was up and working within minutes. The only issue is that it is not built for installing any other way that leaning on a kickstand and not fastened to anything which means if you are putting it anywhere there is wind it could just blow away and break. I had to spend a couple hundred extra for a mounting bracket that would snap into it and a mount to fasten that to the fascia.

We have wanted starlink for awhile but had a contract with Dish Network so we waited till contract was out. The price dropped to $300 for this kit and we jumped on it. The installation was simple and easy to get it set up. I thought the pole mount and have not regretted it.

What can I say about the Starlink standard kit I purchased from Best Buy? When Hurricane Helene knocked out our internet, we were completely cut off from communication. If it hadn't been for Starlink during that crisis, we would have been unable to seek or receive help.

I bought this for the road. It is just as good as wired connection and does not go down in storms. Very impressed at how easy it was to hook up this device.

Works perfectly. The app is smooth and allows straightforward set-up. Tip for those setting up though, when activating the account to device you need to quickly disconnect from the WiFi due to no internet. Besides that Starlink thought of everything for you. Being military it’s great for the unknown ahead and provides global options.

Was so easy to set up right out of the box. We have not had a single issue or complaint. I encourage everyone I know that needs internet while traveling to get this.

The starlink kit we bought and delivered works GREAT!!! We cut ties with our service provider we had for many years. We just weren't getting adequate speed nor help when needed from them. Mind you we live on the Navajo reservation and it's hard to get good service. I think Starlinks would be excellent for the schools out here.

I live in a rural area where satellite is the only option. Had Hughsnet and the speed is 1000% better. The wifi radio SUCKS. I live in a 1600 sqft home and had to buy an extender to reach everywhere. Also, I can’t keep my smart outdoor or security cameras online.

East set up! Very surprised at the ease of set up and connection. Just wish it had a little better range.

Purchased Starlink Satellite and have been extremely impressed with the inernet service! Well worth purchasing. Purchased online with curbside delivery. Notified my arrival and it was brought out to me right away.

I have the generation 2 starlink system and i added another starlink gen 3 to a different house and what can i say it is very fast and stable good upgrade, no need for an ethernet adapter this system has higher coverage through the house

I'm so glad that we switched from satellite. No longer dropping zoom meetings while living in the middle of no where!
