Works great. Download speeds are faster than phone internet. Before Starlink I was using my cellphone company home internet and after recent storms, our internet speed slowed down. I have seen download speed up to 100mbps

Absolutely, worth it! I live in a rural area with not very many choices for internet services Starlink was a game changer for me. I can stream,online game and use the internet with no hiccups it feels like I have in town speeds out of town. I LOVE IT!!!

I love starlink. Great service with wonderful speeds. It's rained on multiple occasions since we got it. No service interruptions at all. Im in the mountains with no phone service at all. I love it.

The service works well all the time, even with heavy storms and side-ways rain of South Florida tropical storm season. In a cloudy day with some rain, I’m getting 170 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload / 36 ms

Sooo goood for those with no other options. I live in the middle of no where with no access to regular wifi. Other satallite wifi options dont compare to this. Used to get max 20mb on a good night. No2 im getting roughly 200mb daily.

The item works perfectly. The store personnel not so good. Female associate was unprofessional and rude interrupting the sales associate that was handling the purchase.

We had a problem with our Starlink and we were going to get a new one but an employee asked if we bought the extra protection plan and we weren’t sure so they checked And yes we had so we brought the old one back and was replaced with a new one

Set this up for Mom who has no access to high speed internet. We are seeing 220mbs plus on most days so far no drop or slow downs

Customers services was very Customer service was very poor, and we had to wait about 15 minutes to get help. Overall, the service was bad, and they need training.

Easy setup and operation! Was used in a remote area where cell service is 1 or 2 bars at best. Most of the time there was NO service!! The star link gave us full wifi for phones, radio and even television!! We are also located in a valley surrounded by mountains and canyons Worked anywhere from 100 to 150 yards from the source.

We live in a rural area and replaced the only internet that was offered in the area to this , it’s amazing. So easy to set up .

Product was ready within the hour. Tremendous upgrade in internet coverage especially when combined with my already in place Eero network. Went from 8 mbps on ATT DSL to consistently 100+ in a rural community with no other options.

Once I got logged in with an account with Starlink. The step by step instructions was easy and fast. Ordered the dish Was a great experience through Best Buy got exactly what I ordered and the dish was here within 3 days and we live in a rule area.

set up is easy. we live in a trailer so moving around states and still having Wi-Fi has been so easy with star link!
