    The Starlink V4 is a wonderful product that helps you get data in remote areas. I brought this product in Africa where the data is slower than here in the US but thanks to starlink using satellite data I managed to use my devices in Africa at twice the speed. Simply Wonderful.

    I've bought Starlink from best buy so many times. The device works great. The customer services is great. I enjoy my experience every time I buy here. The curbside pick up is perfect. I get my order less than an hour ready for pick up. And takes less than 5 minutes to get going again.

    The best idea for home internet, should have bought years ago, whole house WiFi. Works extremely well and fast.

    Purchased for a new home I am buying. It provides great speeds compared to other options. 250 mbps download and around 50 or so upload with latency around 45 ms. Rural areas are no longer out of the question for gaming and remote work.

    The first kit I purchase, the router would not connect with the receiver. Technical support is practically non existent. I used the AI who said they would create a support ticket for me. Three days later I had not heard from them. I had purchased the Geek Squad coverage. When I called them for help, they offered to send a technician out - for $140. I boxed it up and returned it. The second kit worked fine. I love the speed and connectivity but despise the lack of technical support.

    We were so glad to be able to pick one up at a BB in TN. Needed during the horrific Helene storm damage with power and internet out for weeks. we were able to power by use of car. While it was very bulky, it helped and made us able to communicate as well as share access with many others who also needed to file claims and update loved ones..
