Easy to install. Easy instructions per app. Did need to google how to take off the kick stand.

Starlink has been great. Best Buy Customer Service not so much. Putting the product on sale for 50% off 14 days after my purchase but refusing to honor the price guarantee because I didn’t see it unti 15 days and 11 hours later? Then refusing to alllow me to speak to a manager either in store or through the call center. I’ve made two purchases this year from Best Buy…they will be my last. Factory direct or Amazon moving forward. You need to do better Best Buy.

Not enough transparency regarding mounting options and availability of hardware from Starlink. It's a new gen, but that's no excuse for poor customer service. It has become a logistical nightmare just to get the dish up on the roof. The parts aren't available via aftermarket/ 3rd party because it is a new version. Starlink initially said 2-4 weeks to ship the pole adapter and a cable long enough to do the job. Not terribly impressed with SpaceX. May update this when able to get it online.

Slow Download speed and doesn't work overseas like middle east where it requires additional expensive fees

We live out on 100 acres away from everyone with no option of internet service besides Starlink. I was concerned about paying out that amount of money and not get a good signal. So far internet reception has been really good, even during storms. Highly recommend this to anyone.

Starlink gen 3 works perfectly. Very easy to setup.

The kit was fine. However I received no information about the need for mounts ar how to determine which mounts would work for me. This is after speaking to several different customer service personnel, each if whom was eager to sell me something. There was no experienced advice and, consequently I grossly over-spent. Thank goodness for the knowledgeable and experienced installers. The whole process delayed having the satellite system operational. Very disappointed in the lack of training Best Buy offered their customer service team. Once the installers were able to make the system operational, it has worked wonderfully.

Easy setup and installation. The system works very well. The only issue is that there is no provision for mounting the dish to anything.
